    I really appreciate your time and effort putting together your videos. I'm working on the same exact sled. As far as the battery size mine came with a factory supplied foam spacer. There is an OEM part number. It's black shiny high-density foam block Thanks again

    I did new foam inside and out. You can still get both foams from Polaris.
