I really appreciate your time and effort putting together your videos. I'm working on the same exact sled. As far as the battery size mine came with a factory supplied foam spacer. There is an OEM part number. It's black shiny high-density foam block Thanks again

Have you put a link in one of your videos for really good rivets? Started going down the rabbit hole trying to figure out which ones to use. I need to relocate my mounting plates to install an Edge touring 136" skid and tunnel extension. Thanks

Do you run the foam inside the airbox at all? Or just the top square piece?

I did new foam inside and out. You can still get both foams from Polaris.
