i am so glad you and your men are having a good time! the 'life style try on' digs are really nice loved your haul the no segment: should you ever spot me at walmart or publix or home depot in those blue sweats, know that mine are authentic and probably stiff in a few areas due to extra layers of paint or stain! the metallic camo leggings have already hit the streets in my neighborhood on a few walkers. Whatever makes you happy and out the door to get some sunshine!

I agree 100%. Every aisle I went down was so neat and organized. I saw another Walmart super center up more by Spanish Springs. Have you been to that one at all and how does it compare?

It is on average 50 degrees warmer down here so that makes me really happy plus seeing the sun most days vs mostly gray days at home is a total bonus! 😊

I am envious...it is cold here and we are expecting snow. The no thank yous...agree completely, especially the ugly shapeless long jackets. I was at WM yesterday and got a cute puffy sleeve black sweater for five dollars and beautiful Better Home and Garden Christmas plates for twenty nine cents...I do a lot of neighbor and friends baking and now they can keep the pretty plate. I love your look in the intro..peach sweater and pretty peach earrings. I did not see the raspberry tee in our No Boundaries but I got the black and it is perfect for layering. I will be looking for that color. It is one of my favorite colors...it looks fabulous on you. Have fun you three. You did not say the temps there. I bet you can get by with a thin jacket.. It is unusual for us to have such cold weather...it does not agree with me...lol Have fun our friend!...Nice place!

Love your Walmart hauls! You find such great stuff and put it together so well! The Apana brand you mentioned is an outdoor/yoga/ activewear brand they sell at stores like REI or EMS. Shocked and excited it's now in Walmart. My Walmart (up North) has been pretty picked over lately which makes me sad

The Walmart across town from me is sooo nice and organized! Always full stocked and clean! I drive across town just to go to it!! The one close to me has a Claire’s but it’s sloppy and unorganized and messy!

Enjoyed seeing your house in The Villages. A friend of mine and her husband retired and moved from Georgia to a home in the village of St. Catherine. They love it. I just went to a Walmart that I don’t usually go to and I got 5 tops for right around 60 dollars! I did a video. The blouses have ruffles at the shoulder, not the chest, lol. I saw those joggers that looked like splattered paint!! Enjoy Florida. We are supposed to have nasty weather this Sunday around Atlanta! Ugh!

My suggestion to first timers is to see ALL of the villages to get a feel of where you would like to be. Glad you are so happy to be here. By the way, most of the other walmarts around here are not that clean, organized or nice.

I am seeing that. I went to the Wallmart in Leesburg the other day and that one was not as nice as the one in the villages.

I watched you last year at when you were staying at The Village. I would love to take a trip down there for a week or two, IF they don’t require a high pressure sales pitch. We own a package with Westgate up in Gatlinburg, TN. We have their absolute best package, a eight bedroom arrangement that will accommodate the whole family. We just firmly say no to the sales pitch by reminding them that they are already so oversold there’s no time available, even for their top tier owners. It is a great place to stay when you can get in!! I love the look of the place your staying. We are 72 and 72 so we enjoy bringing some of the kids or grandkids with us to drive. I also wonder if they have anything around Smyrnia

So funny. Yeah, I didn't wear those clothes the first time they were (supposedly) "in style". lol Thank you for the tour of the house at The Villages. They've been on my radar for about 5 years now. It's nice to see a real tour and not a pushy commercial sales pitch.

We have friends who live in The Villages! They bought their retirement home there a couple of years or so ago. They love Florida! Really enjoyed the tour. I didn’t know there were places you could rent for vacation right in The Villages. Good to know! As for the items from Walmart that were a no - GF, I had the same thoughts you did! Corduroy culottes? Why on earth? Uh, no! Metallic cameo? The thought grates at my teeth! Ha! And I’ve forgotten what the other item was - yes, that memorable! Ha! I have no idea where the designer’s heads were going with these items! Enjoy your stay! I know I would! We live visiting Florida but I don’t think I would like living there full time!

Our Walmarts are awful. I have to order basically everything online. You did hit a great one. The Villages look so nice. You said they're right near the highway. Hi Rene! Literally every aisle I went down was so neat and organized in this store. I was amazed because mine back home do not look even close to as nice as this Walmart. The lifestyle location we stayed in this time by the highway was way noiser (even from inside the house 😳) than the neighborhood we stayed in last year. That one was great and that is where they usually put you your first time down here.

I love Florida's stores they are the best I moved back to ny from florida miss there stores very nice!

We have been to Brownwood square for the live music and we actually went to the farmers market down here too. Other than that, I have started to seek out the stores so more hauls coming 😊👍🏻

Bright pink top is my favorite- I’m a “winter”…so I do best in bright deep tones The Claire’s jewelry came in like literally overnight My Walmart is sad. But I love the people who I have known for years that work there. There’s something to be said for treating your older workers better - they are highly vested in their jobs. I did buy a couple of pairs of No boundaries corduroy joggers-elastic waist with a tie and cuffed at the bottom. I have not walked in them yet. I may regret that. I’m not wearing the wide ones. I don’t need help looking nerdier lol The metallic pants are already on clearance here. They came, we saw, and we were not conquered by them The Villages look beautiful. My sister wants to retire there. I’m drawn to the Carolinas. C’est la Vie!! Enjoy your vacation

Hi Angela! I rarely comment on videos but I need to say, I love that hot pink long sleeved top on you! All the clothes look good on you but don’t be shy about that hot pink color, it looks great! Also I actually like it with the lighter jeans as well as the darker wash, the lighter wash gives a fresher feel to it…and I actually like the dark jean jacket with the lighter jeans on the bottom - that’s how I would wear jean on jean (different washes, not the same)… I am a little bit younger than you (heading into 39 soon) so maybe that skews my views a bit but I still look to your style for inspiration as it feels appropriate for a grown woman but not too stuffy…I love that you incorporate fun prints & colors & things that are a bit trendy but still classic…so in short, thank you for sharing your finds & your style ideas, it’s really helpful & I especially appreciate the budget friendly finds. Congratulations on The Villages, it looks so fabulous, & thank you again for your videos!

I'm in South Florida for the winter and the Walmart here is so much nicer than the one I normally go to at home in NY. The selection is greater and the store is much more organized. I love the home you are staying at in The Villages. My husband and I have gone to The Villages on a day trip and enjoyed it. There is a couple on KZread who moved to The Villages two years ago and they give great insight into what it is like to live there. Their channel is "The Villages Florida Newcomers". They are quite entertaining. When you stay on a Lifestyle package, do you have to attend a presentation?

They seem like a really nice couple and we have been watching them for awhile. 😊 You do not have to attend any presentation like a timeshare. You can just enjoy your stay and call on your representative whenever YOU have questions.

Love the colorful pattern in the Secret Treasures PJs! Not liking the corduroy culottes or the paint splattered sweat pants. I agree with you about the pink ruffle V-Neck sweater! Looks like you're staying in an awesome place down there in the Villages.

Hi Tammy! People put big pools in their backyards all the time so I would not see why you could not put a temporary kiddie pool out there for when the grandkids come.

Everything is really cute, that hot pink top looked great, that is definitely your color! Those corduroy culottes look just like "gaucho pants" circa 1976, I had them in dark green corduroy with a matching vest,wore boots with them, very fashionable at the time. lol
