Wally with the respirator and the more tactical outfit is such a cool flip of his design, it makes him almost ninja-like. I wonder if the PLA designers renembered this when making one particular character...

Wally's such an underrated character, definitely should've been the third dex holder. Also seconding idk how Norman got onto Rayquaza but man does he look badass like that.

You know all the whole Rayquaza worship from the Delta chapter? This man Norman fought and caught Rayquaza by himself, what an absolute unit

Poor Wally man, he got shafted so hard, it's like they wanted to give him a meaningful arc, but just gave up on it midway. Though I like Emerald, he took Wally's place, he even took Sceptile lol.

Loved how in ORAS when Wally showed up he was able to 1v1 Rayquaza and calm it down on his own. Definitely the best version of Wally.

Wally is honestly a good supporting character. Hopefully, the manga Wally will get a Gardevoir or Gallade. I'd suggest it be bred by Ruby and Sapphire's. Just make it shiny to stand out.

When I read the manga, I had no expectations for Wally to show up again. So when he did, I was jumping for joy. And then when Rayquaza was brought up, I was positively losing my mind

Honestly, him and Courtney are the best characters from this arc.

This Wally really had gone through tougher things and done bigger achievement than even the Wally from ORAS.

I always felt wrong that Wally end up being substitute Pokedex holder. Wally could just take Emerald Role to be honest. You could also Retcon that he is Wally Emerald or something like that. Emerald just used Kris' pokemons in most of his arc. And his pokemon team isnt unique. Sceptile and Dusclops are pokemon that wally interact. Outside of Sceptile, gen 4 either give a evolution or pre-evolution to his Pokemons. (Dusclops evolves to Dusknoir and Sudowoodo, snorlax, Mr. Mime and Mantine all get a baby form in the Gen. 4)

Wally was done so dirty. They didn't even give him a Gallade. But they gave Saphire one and let it mega evolve!

He even have green hair and green clothes. Why wasn't he made the third Hoenn dex holder again? He would have been a better Emerald than Emerald IMO.

Wally deserves to have a Pokédex he definitely deserves the title Pokédex holder because he saves the world I think N deserves it too since he decided to to go against his adopted father who is horrible since he tried to kill his own son

Wally should've 100% been the third Dex Holder. I like Emerald but Wally would've been so much more fitting as one.

Wally in the Adventures manga could be Emerald, but instead he is being a new character in the manga that never exists in the game. That makes Wally less special… even though he has to battle and capture Rayquaza.

just sad Wally got benched from being a pokedex holder for a manga original character, sorry Emerald fanboys just never understood considering he's your main non-playable rival and other generations had their game rivals as pokedex holders and Wally even has green so why? Yellow makes sense since they needed an oc to represent Pokemon Yellow and the other gen 1 trainers have their own namesake games
