this is great , i remember the exercise was good , but splitting wood was so time consuming , odd that it took us so long to sort this problem , beside the point , this is a awesome piece of kit , good job people.

Interesting design change over the original, just wish the cycle time was lower than 13 seconds and auto-split was included.

I agree and they should have hydraulic saw and faster splitting cycle. I don't understand the three box wedge with no pull back arm?

Why use a gas powered chainsaw. Now you have to have both four stroke gas and two stroke gas. It's a nice compact design but would be better served with a hydraulic chainsaw.
