You need 2x-3x more inventory to have any kind of housing market crash. That inventory isn't going to happen. There won't be any crash. At the absolute worst prices may go down about 10% but that's it until more inventory is on the market.

there is a housing crisis that can potentially burst a bubble, plus war. it's never a bad time to invest, but learn and understand the risk that comes with it.

There are lots of mixed opinions about stocks and there projection in the next coming years, I aim for short term solid gains from market correction and I'd definitely jump on the boat if I knew a thing or two about day-trading, but then again what do I really know? Well, i do have my reservations about the economic crisis. Wall Street pitched so-called quality stocks with high profitability and low debt, as a kind of insurance against whatever the economy might throw at you. @@GeraldLoftin822 The first thing is you need an edge. A stock can do 1 of three things, it can go up, down, sideways. 2/3 outcomes you lose money (because of fees to trade). So your edge needs to overcome the cost of the trade. It is more important to pick the best broker than most other things. Educate yourself on the law of large numbers, if you don't understand this law, trading is most likely not for you, at least day trading. Also despite what you think, if your edge presents itself you want to be trading that edge as much as possible. Everything else can be learned. Finding the edge is the hard part.

We are already in the big crash , inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt,the FED will have to pull all the stops . The unfortunate issues is that the other market are being decimated. If you want to stay green ,you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 15% and being carful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.

I think you can make a casual conversation more effective by asking about stories where he overcame some challenge -- it's still conversational, it's not "advice" but it's more concrete to simulate ideas in the viewers

Started trading forex since January. Lost a ton of money last year in crypto but gotta out of crypto and jumped to forex and took time to learn a strategy that works for me and see consistency with my gains now. I made 49 k since February so slowly getting better. I wake up when the New York, London sessions starts when the most momentum is at its peak usually between 730-11. Look to see if I can enter a position using my strategy and if not its a no trading day!! One things I still trying to perfect is learning to be more patient because I sometimes close my position to early and could have way more money. When I see myself at 7-10 k in a profit it’s hard not to just take it even though I know I could make more. I have a full time job so not always having the time to trade sucks

Great video. I really got a lot out of it. One question though........how do you find a trading psychologist?

Several weeks ago a guy gave me a stock that He said was going to run in January, I was skeptical but bought 5,000 shares at $0.11 cents($550). Then one day the stock opened at $2.78, I immediately sold my shares and made $13,900! Today He gave me another stock that he said will run in April 2023. The stock is VERB currently at $2.50. I'm skeptical but will buy 10,000 shares just in case. "VERB will be bought by ABNB in early May" He said.

Great video👌. But you know, success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Show me a man with no investment and I'll tell you how long it takes to fail. The investment creates a safe haven for the future. With the right choice of investment that has at least a minimum risk of 2% and with expert advice, profits and interest are 100% guaranteed.

In order to make profits from trading you need loads of experience and a well defined strategy, which most traders don't have. If you trade without the proper preparation, you're most likely to lose your money. Identify the buy/sell ratios and identify the market leaders and most importantly. Diversify! this will help you spread risk.

The good thing about the space is that you can buy the dips and put them into active trades making profits from trades while confidently waiting for a pump in price because it is inevitable. Most people do not understand how the space works. Your advantage is understanding, Charts won’t guarantee what an asset is going to do. Prices will go up or down. Obviously trading in bitcoin is very volatile and risky to trade that's the reason most traders trade with a company..

it's all statistics and probability. You define your process to win more than you lose, so that it is then a rule following exercise, not a trading the market exercise. You will lose but you win more than you lose. That's trading 101.
