Don't be confuse buying the dip in a bear market, with guaranteed future returns. Just because that company is down 60%+ from ATH does NOT make it a sound long-term investment. Make sure you're investing in great companies. kudos to Cioffibrown Alison

Learn not to sell in a panic when everything goes down and not to buy in euphoria when everything goes up. I advise y'all to forget predictions and start making a good profit now because future valuations are all speculations and guesses.

We are already in the big crash, Inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt, the FED will have to pull all the stops. The unfortunate issue is that other markets are being decimated. If you want to stay green, you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 14% and being careful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.

Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.

The market is very unstable and you can not tell If it's going bearish or bullish. I advise y'all to forget predictions and start making a good profit now because future valuations are all speculations and guesses. When these reports are bullish take some off to the side lines, when news gets bearish start buying. "Keep it simple simple" that bear/correction was the best thing that happened me. But all thanks to MR. Gregory Dubravko, for his amazing skills for helping me to earn 13.6 BTC through trading chart. I believe we are in the spring phase...

I invested 25k while learning from MR. Gregory Dubravko 3 weeks ago. Was happy to see my profits accumulate up as I followed his charts and analysis. However, we started to lose money and my capital dropped to 7k. MR Gregory Dubravko has since disappeared and I cannot contact him.

The beauty of trading. He could retire any day but trading is a way of life. It is NOT work! It is a daily (manageable) challenge which keep us going!

If you trade without the proper preparation, you're most likely to lose your money. Identify the buy/sell ratios and identify the market leaders and most importantly. Diversify! this will help you spread risk.

This guy is spot on on the algo trading part. I'm developing an algo system myself and let me tell you, it's hard. So many things that has to be put in place, like backtesting, getting data, defining rules, etc etc. It really takes ages before you get anything good going. It's good he's pointing that out.

Great video to start out the year. I just had a son 3 months old so i can 100% relate to what Tim going through. I have to switch my strategy from day trade to swing trade just so i can have time take care of the newborn.

He went up to $900k then it went down to $100k.

I just wanted to take a moment to congratulate you on your fantastic trading interview. Your strong communication skills and thorough knowledge of the industry really set you apart, and I'm sure you will be an asset to any trading team. Well done and keep up the excellent work!

Agreed with Tim, the real issue with Algo Trading is converting your trading plan from mental intuition to mathematical logic. This makes the barrier to entry very limited. I built my own Algo and can relate to what he said. It took me two years to build it. Another issue is how you code risk management into it. Most traders don’t know how to execute risk management properly let alone coding it. Good luck if you go down that rabbit hole 😂

This is great evidence that trading stocks is largely an art and less science.

Those who are parents, think of it in this perspective... Tim states how raising a 1 year old, with a stay at home wife, is "a lot". You can use this as a base to compare what it's like to truly trade, stress wise. It's not as difficult as people make it out to be, they simply don't have a process. Children can be considered the same as a trade. There are only so many reasons that a child will be crying or needing your attention, just like there are so many outcomes of a setup with XYZ123 criteria. How you "trade" the setup is the same as raising a child. You give a reaction based on the criteria in front of you.

You are such an awesome interviewer! Please moonlight into other topics for mass audiences :) (or vice media)

Great video really. Also i agree with your opinion, For the newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's the sad truth. For a start you need a good and experienced hand to guide you. Trust me, trading isn't difficult as we see it. Recently had family members ask me where to begin learning how to get started and Gustavo Hillard my investment advisor is perfect. Definitely recommend and his trade strategy works in every region. Very helpful for beginners.

Stay at home dad with a 2 yr old, trading whole 2022. Hard as frikin sheit lol specifically when the little one wants to go on pc and starts crying. Meanwhile the markets moving hard. For me, I feel like the only solid way is getting a babysitter. Or daycare lol

I feel it bro. I went through that. Its so hard. Lost so much. If you have newborns, just shelf trading for a few yrs until they're 3 or 4. Like TG alluded to, unless you have some sort of support, it is NOT gonna workout.

I started trading with a 2 year old and a 3 year old is so hard you are in the middle of a great set up and i get yelled at because i gotta clean a butt.... Started with penny stocks did well then did meme stocks did alright but a waist of time all the hold and forget is not a good rule lol i learned that from meme stocks. But at least i made a good amount with amc and bbby...then i fell in the very deep hole of option trading. I love it and hate it. Because i love it but my kids are crazy and in a second they are fighting and can loose all my gains. But i will go back to penny stock abd option trading i like the daily stuff i cant sleep over stuff.

"algo" :) this is not algo, this is "buy when up x and sell when down y". Algo is math, real math, people with degrees etc.

We work for years to have , $1million while some people I know put thousand of dollars in some meme coins and they are millionaires.

“Time is the most valuable thing so we decided to have a second kid.” Seriously kids are the most time consuming thing/people especially when they’re small. But good job for being a good dad and prioritizing your family. Do not have kids if you’re not ready to give up your life to raising them. Imagine Elon Musk promoting having kids when he’s probably not around to father his kids. 😂

How much does it cost?

It's so amusing to me when young people say things like it took me nine long months to learn to trade. or it's going to take you a really really long time to learn to trade, like two or three years. That's an infinitesimally small portion of your life in the grand scheme of things. Having spent seven years in school learning a bunch of BS I'd say spending two or three years learning to trade is completely worth it
