The wall squat challenge is one of the toughest isometric exercises and probably the most hated you can do and really tests your mental strength as well as physical. The exercise consists of you sitting back against a wall for as long as possible so there is no movement in the exercise.
This is a great challenge to work your legs and a great way to re-test over time to see how you have improved in your muscle strength and endurance.
