Sometimes having no music at all is much more emotionally powerful then having music playing thru throughout the movie. This scene is a primary example of that.

Yeah,I know thi is just a edit video but the music does not help in this case....Also the editing scenes. But the whole movie was a MasterPiece.The moment I see the movie I've just watch for 3 times XD

If this actually happened in Wall-E, I think that A LOT of kids and adults, including me and my parents, are going to cry non-stop and might not want to watch this movie again for the rest of our lives.

You know you have done your job right when you make your audience want to punch a wall scream and burst out into tears. Well done my friend, well done.

I can - if Wall-e began mindlessly groaning "kill me" in a garbled glitching analog voice while writhing in pain and then Eve had to shoot him with her plasma blaster. The as she looks over his mangled remains she is plagued with guilt and full of so much heartache and grief that she turns her plasma blaster on herself. Then the next scene is the captain happily saying they found the cure for Wall-e's problem but then he discovers Eve and Wall-e are both destroyed and the remains of their bodies slumped over eachother in a death embrace. See - that would be much sadder.

It's poignantly sad to suppose that Wall-E had his memory wiped clean (equivalent of killing his soul) only to have his lifeless former shell wander the earth while Eve left alone with only memories of him.

as a kid I remember this movie being extremely sad years later, i was bored so I watched some TV and this movie started playing I was in shock and confused of the ending because I clearly remember it being sad and i forced myself to never watch it because I didn't want to cry

This is similar to being Brain Dead, if someone dies for a long amount of time, their brain loses all of its abilities and identity. You don’t just forget your personality, you forget any chance at forming any memories. You aren’t a living person anymore, your just a shell of someone who has died.

I would’ve felt bad, but it would give me the type of Disney movie are used to remember watching like Old Yeller…

I don't understand why so many people disliked this video. Sure - it's very sad ending but in a way incredibly different. For this you have my subscribe and like :)

Yes and we need to learn that all stories don't have good endings. The same with Flynn in Tangled. In Disney movies it's possible to revive characters, but it doesn't work that way in reality. I wouldn't mind a sad ending.

For movies like this, of course happy endings are preferred, but you did you damn good job with this version. Nice!!

Well, imagine if she couldn't give him his memory back. Wall-e would be back to cleaning. That's all he would do. No curiosity about the world around him, no personality. He would just work for another 700 years and Eve would be forced to leave him for good. Wall-e would eventually upgrade himself and develope a personality but by that time, Eve would be long gone.

This is so good, because it’s realistic. Many pepole’s relationships ends up like that, one of the two losts interest and they brake up. It’s incredibly tough to go through, and nobody wants that. If this version was true, then Wall-E would surely traumatise kids, but would also teach how relationships sometimes are like

Lo mas triste es que Wall-e paso 700 años esperando a alguien para dejar de estar solo y ser feliz para que cuando ya lo tiene la vida este aburrida ese dia y diga "y que tal si?" Y olvide todos sus recuerdos y en especial todos esos bellos momentos que paso junto con eva y que al final del día ni siquiera pudo escuchar su canción favorita, ver a sus nuevos amigos y sobre todo nunca pudo tomar la mano de eva, que era lo que el mas queria, es deprimente Imagina: que los robots están apenas llegando y vean a eva triste y a Wall-e sin memoria y después de eso se empieza a escuchar la canción que le gustaba a Wall-e y gustó en ese momento eva lo toma de la mano y le da un último beso sólo para que la cámara se alejé y observemos la tierra y termine como empezó la primera, wall-e solo y vacío

Bruuuhhhhhhhh. Really good edit though. It looks quite legit. But god damn imagine it ended like that. Like, it actually wouldn't make the story less well written, but it would still make it extremely sad. If this weren't a children's movie and the writer was more sadistic I imagine they probably might have done this.

I swear if I was a millionaire I would pay all my money to Disney pixer for making a sequel of this movie it's so good romantic emotional

This was so sad good job on making this it may have took alot of work but is it okay if you would do the samething but instead of walle-e not getting his memory just do what they did normally wall-e gets his memory back. So do the the romantic music and the memories eve was going through samething in the video but this time give wall-e back his memories im sure we will all love that maybe make the video called (wall-e sad version with happy ending) pls do it.

Realistically, yeah this would've happened and I'm all for realism, but I want some happiness in my stories as well

Imagine tho wall-e didn't regain his memory and let go of Eve's hand, the camera zooms out as we see both eve slowly walking away and wall-e getting back to waste-sculpting

+Sydney Macaw yes i also love it ! it looks really beautiful and i love the designs of the robots and space looks beautiful the story is also so great and suspensfull!:) what are your favorite characters? my favorites are eve, m-o and autopilot (i love his design) besides that i like the character development of the captain ^^ and of course wall-e is also very funny and cute :)
