Walking the Lagos Marathon 🇳🇬 (Nigeria)
Join me as I walk the 2024 Access Bank Marathon in Lagos, Nigeria. The largest city in Africa with a population of over 25 million.
Despite the heat, pollution, Saharan dust and being late for the start, I managed to cross the line, albeit with a bit of enforced cheating. The people, the place; Lagos is somewhere which captures the imagination.
My first video, I hope you enjoy it as much as i enjoyed making it.
Will x

Excellent, Will! So informative, full of charm - refreshing to see a good guy doing something out of the comfort zone - and unscripted. Urban chaos, not quite leafy Surrey, highlighting the extreme contrast yet the close proximity between the have’s and the have not’s.

Ikoyi, Lagos is where most Nigerians billionaires live
An 11 year old girl not enrolled in school because her mom wants her not to sell things for her😢. It goes to show how currupt, incompetent and wicked the Nigerian leaders are. Law enforcement is almost non existent. Thereby leaving the citizens of this country to take the law into their hands and do whatever they see fit. Very tearful😢
