All I have got to say is WOW. This was a super powerful episode. Thank you for sharing the experience of Lebenese people who had to endure so much in the past 5 years. Their stories were super emotional and almost brought me to tears hearing their struggles. The lady at the end is a hero! Her story should be taugh in schools. I got flashbacks of my time in Iraq in 2014 when IS entered, any noise would make me flinch to this day so I know that feeling exactly, although, I managed to survive that period with no injuries. Keep up the great content!

This channel reminds me alot of the famous "Bald & Bankrupt" in regards to actually talking to the people and hearing their side of the story. I love how the creator interacts with as many people as he can as well as asks very important questions that regard the country of Lebanon. Awesome video.

Looks like the hole of Europe. You should do a video of it. The really poor people here and homeless. I care about my people in Europe. And they are losing jobs from others coming here and are kids staving. I don’t see anyone talking about it at all. Way because they think we were privileged that is not true at all never where whites privileged.

Bro have you been to the clubs? Have you seen luxury vehicles? As a Lebanese descendant travelling to Lebanon many times & recently. My relatives play the victim card and poor me. I stopped sending cash long ago.

Hey! Yes I've seen a lot of contrast. Literally super poor areas and mega rich areas with clubs, luxury cars, etc. Not sure about your relatives there but in the case of the people I spoke to, they really struggled. I think one of the challenges is the that the middle class is slowly fading away, hence it depends on who you talk to I guess. But anyway thanks for watching and the feedback!

I don't know why people get surprised with this. In all countries even in the poorest of them and even those in ungoing wars, you will still find an upper class that seems unaffected and living the happy life. But that doesn't mean the rest of the population is suffering and is in despair. Unless your relatives are from the upper class, ok I take that back actually. Coz even the rich ones don't have access to their money coz the banks blocked all their funds. So unless they have a steady income of cash in US dollars, then they are in a really bad situation and can surely use the help of their relatives living abroad and making more money. Plus also you have a lot of Lebanese expats that live and work abroad like Dubai or whatever and come to visit their homecou try Lebanon , so surely you can't expect them those to sit home. They will go out, drive nice cars and eat at fancy restaurants
