    1. Ensure walking location is safe and free from pollution.Air is fresh. Surface is firm. Ideal time is 7-10 am & 4-7pm depending on traffic and other pollutants to your local area. 2. Choose right shoes and clothes. Sturdy yet flexible, comfortable shoes & sweat absorbing, not skin-tight clothes preferably cotton 3. What to do before and after walking? Don’t drink too much water while walking. Drink about 20 minutes before walking. While walking you can take a sip if required. Walk like a royalty. Don’t clench your fists or make rigorous hand movements. Rest for 10-15 minutes after walking. 4. Don’t take big strides to move fast. Take smaller quicker strides. For cardiac health, walk at a pace where you feel just out of breath a little. 5. Don’t walk after meals. Walk fast before meals to reduce weight. 🙏🏽

    there is a few acupressure points one is 3 fingers from the elbow on the forearm between the 2 muscle. another is right under the little finger on the palm side. you can google for more. it could be the nerve tension or maybe its a pulled muscle, if its the nerves try this technique: put the hand in fist held slightly behind the body at the side, bend the wrist to lift the hand going behind the body with the little finger side leading. at the same time tilt the head away from the side of the hand towards the shouler. do this for both sides. then turn the hand facing palm back. again lift the little finger in a fist out from the wrist. This releases front and back. See if this helps, also I can recommend feldenkrais: its method to move as a whole, fluently with connected mindbody. shoulder rotations, moving up down left right see how it feels and what other muscles get involved. also massage calf of opposite side to shoulder pain.
