This describes me. I left Christianity because obviously it is not making sense and it did not give me comfort. I never got a minute of comfort out of it the 47 years I was a Christian. We didn’t practice what the Bible said. So I was atheist looking for something to believe in. And I never thought of Islam. I tried to Judaism. I tried Buddhism. I tried Catholicism thinking it’s different from Lutheran. I also wanted to consider Islam because I didn’t hear anything positive about it. Until one day, I met a Muslim online.(I was not Muslim at that time yet!) and he told me he believes in Jesus and he told me about Islam and I traveled to Morocco and I heard the prayer call and I saw how people interacted and how the women were dressed. I started reading the Quran . In the beginning, I was quite disappointed because it sounded just like Christianity. I was single and wanted to be married and I also wanted someone to tell me more about Islam. So I decided to go on a Muslim matrimonial website. There I found a Muslim husband. And I went with him to Pakistan to live with his family. Granted, they have some cultural practices that are not Islamic, but they were very kind and taught me so much! This was one of the biggest blessings in my life!!! to live in a Muslim country as a new Muslim, and having a Muslim family, who is teaching me and nurturing my belief. Alhumdulillah!! There were some personal issues, having to do with cultural practices, and we ended up getting divorced. I prayed and prayed for a good Muslim husband, and I am now married to a wonderful Egyptian man who is the strictest most loving Muslim!!! I know that’s way too much information but I have truly truly been blessed. I can’t believe I’ve been chosen.

Salam brothers and sisters, I have an inquiry. Why is it that so many people are bothered by Muslims or the ones with the light. Why is it bothering them? Can they not just move along with their life. For you is your religion and for me is mine.

Assalamu Alaikum. The main ayah which Ustad discussed was from Surah Al-An'aam ( سورة الأنعام ), verse 122. Pasting the ayah below: { أَوَمَن كَانَ مَيْتًۭا فَأَحْيَيْنَـٰهُ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُۥ نُورًۭا يَمْشِى بِهِۦ فِى ٱلنَّاسِ كَمَن مَّثَلُهُۥ فِى ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ لَيْسَ بِخَارِجٍۢ مِّنْهَا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِلْكَـٰفِرِينَ مَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ } [Surah Al-Anʿām: 122] Translation: Can those who had been dead, to whom We gave life and a light with which they can walk among people, be compared to those in complete darkness from which they can never emerge? That is how the misdeeds of the disbelievers have been made appealing to them quran.com/6?startingVerse=122
Can someone please clarify, I think I heard him say he used to be a Arabic Professor back in 1937. Is this correct???.

Aoa I'm a born Muslim but recently these 3 4 days I started questioning my existence. Its feels like theres no god to help me . But God was my only hope everything that happened in my life I thought God will make everything all right but now I m losing my faith and I'm losing my mind im going crazy I pray namaz but nothing feels the same I fast but it feels pointless . I don't know but if I lose faith I would go crazy . Because my hope is god so if God doesn't help me ill die . What to do

Assalamualaikum brother. Can you tell me what triggers the self questioning in the first place? There must be something bothering your mind, unanswered questions perhaps? Or a shocking experience? I just find it hard to believe that someone starts questioning their belief out of the blue. May Allah give your heart and soul peace

“He tried to be a Jew… they didn’t let him” 😂😂😂😂😂
Is it possible to have this "wake up" when you were already "muslim" but who take only what he wants, and one day you had an "mental electrochoc" of all what is wrong in your way, you are in sins a lot but you tried to keep "habl" of Allah and you see all the "reality" and wake up?
Nouman Ali Khan and omar Suleiman were friends once upon a time are they still friends or they have spread apart

While Nouman Ali Khan is like Umar Ibn Khattab that speaks the truth frankly, Omar Suleiman is like Abu Bakr who prefers to be more composed. Even Umar Ibn Khattab, and Abu Bakr are not always in good terms with the presence of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Allah too has gotten involved between the three a few times. However, since they're Muslims who know the rule of Allah, they never hold a grudge against each other. They simply live their lives and it doesn't mean they're spreading apart. NAK has been busy with Bayyinah's project, and so does Omar Suleiman with Yaqeen Institute. They also live worlds apart. Furthermore, we as Muslims, should not assume bad things upon other Muslims nor spread fitnah.. You can simply ask both for a collaboration, and refrain yourself from spying one's private matters.
