True, and as thin and clingy as some tights are today you would have to be extremely close to know from the front or side that she wasn't wearing something like that, but from the rear, even the tightest tights aren't that absolutely form fitting through the intergluteal cleft (crack). Oddly enough, in some states that counts legally as being clothed. Some laws only say "covered" without stipulating what the covering must be or what it must make un-viewable.

I think you got the definition of lady wrong here, The word lady is a term of respect for a girl or woman, the equivalent of gentleman. Once used to describe only women of a high social class or status, the female equivalent of lord, now it may refer to any adult woman.

It is amazing not many people realised that the only thing she was wearing was body paint. She is beautiful & the painter did a great job

This happens all the time in Key West, especially during the week Fantasy Fest leading up to, and including, the parade on Saturday night. I used to be in a (bead-throwing) Krewe from the Tampa area. We used to walk in the Fantasy Fest parade every year. You see ALL KINDS of body paint on girls (and even some of the gay guys).

Fantasy fest at night with thousands of other adults walking around naked is completely different than walking around naked like this. I went to fantasy fest 1 year and yes there were thousands of women walking around top less and in thongs, but go to any Halloween party in 2023 and the girls will all be dressed like prostitutes or half naked.

And then she steps outside and it starts to rain.....that would be something wouldn't it?

We have an anual “naked bike ride” in Seattle, for summer solstice, where most bicycling people only wear body paint. Both men and women participate.

Most body paint is obvious. They don’t cover anything and you can’t really notice. This is harder to notice. And Bianca is brave most women wouldn’t do that in crowds

I am in love with this beautiful girl... With her obvious beautiful face and body... But more so with her bravery to be this bold in public. I love it.

I body painted a pair of pants and tee shirt on the skin body of a good female friend and took her around and through 20 different blocks too see how many people will notice if it's body paint she has on, and no one was the the wiser. Out of a few hundred people she pass by believed she had on a pair of pants and T-shirt.

Most people don't look to closely at people even close to them, and most people who do notice that something, anything is "different" about someone near them makes a point of not looking _too_ closely either. Despite how it appears sometimes, most people are respectful and civilized, and that is perhaps the biggest lesson from these videos.
