Walking Dead City Skid Row Homeless Encampments Downtown Los Angeles. Walk with me in the heart of skid row and see daily life in the heart of Los Angeles. Warning in this video I show the interior of a porta poddy and its not pretty in fact its worse than i could ever imagine.
*Skid Row* is a neighborhood in *Downtown Los Angeles**, officially known as **Central City East**. It's a district with a **long history* and notable characteristics:
- *Population**: Skid Row houses one of the **largest stable populations* of homeless people in the United States, estimated to be *around 9,200-15,000* individuals ¹. Since at least the 1930s, it has been known for its **condensed homeless population**.

Fix this? Lots of charities have been trying to fix things for decades. So many different people, with different problems. The easiest would be people (M/F/X) who end up on the streets after a divorce because they don't have enough money to rent an apartment- help them with cheap housing and a job, the sooner the better. The hardest to help and heal are people with serious mental problems and addictions of any kind. There's no easy fix there.

You can sell that to LA tourism board as a promo material. Get some shots from Hollywood to match and you'll have a set.

A begin of a solution could be installing a law that prohibits dealing and producing medicine that any person carries without knowing the content of medicine. Since just a pill has become deadly; it is esily defendable to put people in jail (securing their lives) foresaking future deaths and so it makes the "victims"of this law responsible for evaiding deaths (as they always were)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bravo for a great mini-documentary! WT, it must be so hard to record Skid Row that is just growing and growing and growing into grinding poverty, homelessness and addiction. That lady in your face ordering you not to film her hiding and doing business behind her pink-wraparound partition, was met by your answer that she's on a public road; she finally agreed, but howled back at you to just not record her over the tent. Whoa! what effrontery! What entitlement she has, no regard for other people on the sidewalk. As the addicted-to-homelessness people become ever more proprietary of the city infrastructure, not only will portable potties make you retch, but the whole urban blight will revolt you. The roles are reversing and the inmates are running the asylum! I think the plan of TPTB is to just let Hilary's deplorables cancel each other out. Don't give Narcon to an OD'er, just let nature take its course. Don't feed them the soup-kitchen remnants, just let them starve to death by malnutrition. All the mega-city, inner cities are changing hands in the biggest transfer of wealth ever seen. The unoccupied corporate buildings and mostly closed, retail stores are being reorganized for conversion into rental and affordable housing. Just this week, legacy MSM again said that everyone is going to get the Universal Basic Income of $2,000 / month which will be in addition to any other income that person has. This means that more and more people having lost their jobs are going to continue ending up on the Skid Rows of America. Many will then transfer to the prison system, another cottage industry. They will all OD eventually from the drug infestation currently making them sub-human, functionally illiterate, and crash-cart victims. WT, I don't think this process can be stopped; it has an inertia all its own, going forward like a driverless caboose on a runaway train. The only hope I see is the trucker and farmer protests in the Netherlands, France and Germany. Citizens are fed up with unfair relentless taxation and steeply rising inflation. But Americans just kick back in the burbs and do nothing but sometimes make fun of poor, disabled people. But when they lose their jobs, they very well might join the runaway train ~~ the men robbing and the women engaging in prostitution.

You have a good speaking voice, articulate, clear and you're mentally alert to all the issues. If only politicians would give some real feedback and not the usual drivel. I think the sidewalks need to be steam cleaned because of all the urine and maybe people won’t decide to put a tent on the sidewalk by a business we need to steam clean the sidewalks, hot hot water

This can be fixed because of the drug problems. If you make the drugs harder to get, maybe we can make a dent in it but if these people wanna be on drugs, they’re not gonna be housed. This is their choice and it’s a dirty rotten shame.
