nice, but for the record that is a beam engine not a walking beam engine, walking beams allow horizontal movement of the beam so that the piston rod does not need additional mechanisms for aligning vertical linear motion with, the beam arcing motion.

just shows you how cheaply an engine can be made to do some work.. try driving a small generator with it.. see how it goes.. thanks for the video
