Walking and cycling from Sluis to Cadzand-Bad | Beaches of Zeeland (The Netherlands)
In this video we show you first Sluis, a beautiful border town, and then the beautiful bike ride to the beach of Cadzand-Bad, one of the most beautiful beaches in Zeeland!
Sluis is a small city in the province of Zeeland in the Netherlands. Founded in the middle of the 13th century, it got its present name in 1324. The city gained importance mainly due to its strategic position and in particular became the most important outer harbour of the city of Bruges. One of the most attractive features of Sluis is its belfry, which is in fact the only town hall with a belfry in the Netherlands, but it is also renowned for its shopping facilities. As a border city, Sluis has a very lively city centre and is particularly popular with Belgian tourists who come here to do their shopping. It doesn't matter if it's a weekday or a weekend, like any good Dutch city, the shops are open almost every day, which is another plus point to visit this beautiful city!

¡Muy simpático! Nosotros, mi marido y yo, vivimos en Alemania, tenemos una caravana en Nieuwvliet y esta zona es nuestro segundo hogar. Vamos allí casi todos los fines de semana. Sluis y Cadzand-Bad son pequeñas ciudades realmente estupendas. Pero también puedo recomendar Nieuwvliet y Groede. Quizá nos veamos alguna vez.

Ein wirklich schönes Video, seit 15 Jahren fahren wir dort hin. Den Teil des Videos, der von Sluis handelt, finde ist sehr, sehr schön. Leider ist der Teil des Videos, der den Ort Cadzand Bad zeigen soll, gar nicht zu sehen. Was dort als Örtchen gezeigt wird, ist lediglich ein Ferienpark. Das ist sehr schade, denn das Örtchen Cadzand Bad hat durchaus sehr viel mehr zu bieten. Schade 🤔
