Great video. Not really much of a review of the Radian XL but you guys have so much fun flying that it was still very enjoyable to watch.

Great review guys, what an awesome little quad! Particularly considering its price and that it's RTF! I hope to be reviewing one also in the next month.

I think you guys did a great job with one of my favorite quads, when you get time please do the same with the Walkera F150 another of my favorites.

I've had this quad around 3 months now and absolutely love it. Bought a ton of spare parts for it. Definitely try to make it to the park every chance I get. Crazy fast with a good 65c battery. Great review!

i got the normal f210 and im having a blast! never had failsafe problems. and i plowed it through our basement thermo windows. it´s a keeper :)

I just got one of the non 3D version on these and I noticed that you seem to be using different batteries? what are they? also how did you mount the session on to the back of the quad? as always awesome vids and thanks for the info.

good demo of the walkers 210 fpv, I have been flying my 210 over a yr now and steal using the same props that came on it, ,I fly a lot of fpv ,and it is great to fly, and at night it does very well, you can see very clear, at night it the best drone for the money

Very good video, I'm looking for some good goggles like they have under $100... and how do they make the quality on the drone camera so good, the video quality on the controller it comes with does not look as high quality as this in other videos.

Im looking to buy a Walkera F210. Are fat shark V3 goggles compatible with the antenna on the f210 or do I need to buy a new antenna for the f210. or is there a better goggle to buy that works with the f210.

Hey flitetest, Can you record with the fpv cam on the drone?

If you use Dominators V3 goggles or Dominators SE FPV(Orange ones) do you have to get a beta receiver module in order to be able to fly FPV? Would you be able to use the module that is included included in the Dominator SE FPV goggles? I understand that you have to use the right antenna which in this quad is a LHCP antenna, therefore an LHCP on your goggle! Thanks for your help!

Great video, that 3D stuff looks like a quad killer ha ha I have the F210 non 3D version and it is a fantastic little machine, super powerful and able to handle a decent beating. The ESCs just plug in so changing them or the motors is a 1 minute job. The props are almost indestructible. Parts are easy to get and cheap and in abundance. you CAN use 5 inch props on a 200 mm, shuriken x1 for example. any smaller then its 4inch

what lumenieer battery do you guys have in there ?

I have seen the f210 3D props shear off parts from the esc when flying 3D lol Onya walkera

Since most of us already have at least one transmitter, and no need for a third or fourth or fifth, can it be purchased without the radio?? (Yeah, that's right, I have a Spektrum 4ch, 6ch, 8ch, and 9ch.)

I've had one for awhile and it's awesome!!! don't care much for the 3D one lol but it's a good one also😊 the fail-safe has been fixed it will shut down if transmitter signal is lost now... great qwad for fun and race 😱😁

I have problems using 2D flight, switching to advanced mode does not work. (nothing happens its still horizon mode) How can I solve this issue?

Why don't you add an altimeter and set a parachute to deploy if the drone loses altitude too quickly.

It's nice I want a proper flight test creation tho the Alex gremlin is so cool they all are tbh 👍🚁🚁

Overall looks like a fun quad, however not sure about the durability. I've dropped my Spedix 250 from about 200 feet tumbling hard all the way down due to an ESC failure and didn't break anything. I bent my DAL props, but they bend back. :)

I had a similar crash with my Walkera 250R Advance. the engine broke the arm and the wires got cut, instead of disconnecting the banana plugs. The result is that all the wires got in touch and the ESC burn. I had to change the arm (from one side to the other is the same piece of carbon fibre) the engine and the esc. I would rather buy another type of drone, something more modular.

can I take the mushroom antenna and camera off and fly it via sight ? Or does it need mushroom antenna

You should be able too. The mushroom antenna is only used for the FPV camera transmitter, so you should be able to just desolder or unlpug everything. Just make sure you don't power up the video transmitter without the antenna or they will fry.

so one of these just crash landed on my roof this week. I haven't had any luck finding the owner, but I'd hate to see it just sit and never fly again. how would I go about getting the transmitter and fpv goggles? I have no quad experience, but used to fly r/c electric gliders a few years ago., so I'm not a total noob. any help is appreciated if anyone knows some good compatible equipment?

If you do you can just buy an RHCP for the drone. Or do like I did and get all LHCP antennas. In my area most people run RHCP so I chose to go with LHCP to minimize cross talk with other racers.

Needs some p.i.d. tuning. Shaking in the turns.

Please help! This has nothing to do with this video but I thought it would be a good place to come to for help I have a horizon hobby AS3Xtra and I will fly good 3D and all but out of nowhere it will put the elevator down and nose dive and it's done it a few times now and the nose is completely smashed now so I can't fly so if anyone knows why or how it's happening that would be very appreciated -Andrews RC

Seriously, it's amazing what anyone can do at home on a PC using CGI these days! 99% of videos on KZread are fakes showing drones flying that can't really fly like the so called "RTF" models from Hobby Kink such as the Quanum Venture that's too heavy and under powered to get off the ground or all of the ones running off Pixhawk PX4 controllers that can't be programmed because the crappy shareware would never run! Then you have all the under $50 toy ones that are shown hovering in place when they don't have that capability!

+steve c I dont think youve ever witnessed just how INCREDIBLY difficult it is to make CGI animations as developed as you say and that these guys have video from the osd and the go pro to back it up. This 210 flies. You just didnt read your manual or received faulty parts.

Breaking arms is sooo 2015... :P Seriously, looks all nice and neat, but i'd rather have a sturdy quad. Breaking an arm after such a low velocity drop, AND the proprietary props (remember the eye one extreme? I also don't want to.), I expect this to sell for a while, and then silently move away. As with the 3d esc... My view is that if you buy a RTF quad, buy one with parts that aren't specifically made for that quad. Better yet, build it yourself. Cheaper, a bit more time consuming but having built it yourself- you know where what goes. Right now, you can buy walkera racers in the same aisle in the bigger electronic stores here in NL, right next to the fridges.. Only the 4x upped price will help a little bit to avoid disasters such as kids with no experience, getting one for christmas.
