Walk 128 | Bedfordshire | Country Pubs Walk

A ten-mile circular countryside walk in Bedfordshire, including four great pubs, suitable for everyone for re-hydration purposes.
My walk begins at The Golden Bell in Leighton Buzzard, heads out of the town and joins the Grand Union Canal, heading north towards Milton Keynes.
The second pub, The Globe Inn, is approximately 1.5 miles along the canal (still in Leighton Buzzard) and the third, The Three Locks, approximately 2.5 miles later, is in the village of Stoke Hammond.
Shortly after the Three Locks, I leave the canal and head uphill to the fourth pub, The Old Red Lion in Great Brickhill.
The final section of the walk passes down through the glorious woodland in Rushmere Country Park, then alongside the River Ouzel and returns to The Golden Bell Pub in Leighton Buzzard.
This video was filmed in 4K on a GoPro Hero 11 and a DJI Mini 3 Drone, on a bright day in June 2024
If you would like to suggest a walk for me to video, please let me know in the comments.
