These days I do yoga and zumba for 1-1.5 hrs I'm 98 kg I increased weight during my first pregnancy now my second baby is 20 months old and my first one is 4 yr n 10 months My weight us constant I couldn't continue my weight loss workout n diet Bcuz I have dress shop I'm running alone I'm taking care of kids n household chore, shop I end up with no time So if diet n excercise, I'm getting no enough time for it Bcuz of this I'm getting stressed also Note :my weight before my first baby was 62 , my height is 163
