John Brzenk chewed gum too. I think it does have some relaxing benefits. I know it looks ridiculous but there is science with the guys who occasionally wear mouth guards when they armwrestle. Same in powerlifting. It's supposed to help reduce cortisol & allow you to really bite down & exert maximum force.

The commentators sound like students who didn't do their research & have to do a presentation the next day in front of the class. They pretty much state the obvious & don't offer any real insight into what's going on. I laugh every time they slip up. *Geoff Hale & Sam Harris slip* "...AND IT'S A STRIP! STRAP! TO THE STRAP!" The side of the inner forearm is considered part of the elbow. If it wasn't a toproll it would be a foul every time. Devon Larrat has done the same thing multiple times too to come back from a losing position. King Moves is not for noobs to understand.

Isaac Plumbo Actually Christians have believed for a very long time that every person has a soul and has largely conformed to the changes of modern society as religions go. Worst you’ll find is a baker that refuses to decorate gay or horribly vulgar (I’ve seen this for bachelor or bachelorette party cakes) cake but instead will direct you to a shop nearby that will happily do it. Horrible I know...but it’s not exactly the Middle East as far as tolerance goes.

Not as easy as it looks. Sam dropped to gain height and to use his rotator muscles to peel Hale's hand open. If he would just "hang" he would arm bar himself and break his arm.

Is a very large elbow foul. The ref is no less shit if it's sam or michael. They don't call obvious elbow fouls. It's not the fault of the competitors. They are gonna push the rules. The ref should just be punishing them for that. Side note, this was an attacking kings move, instead of just hiding beneath the table until your opponent is worn out with your arm extended half the match. It's no less of a foul but still different than michael, who's style revolves around his elbow being off the pad, being ignored.
