@@nyarlathotep9622 or we see the Tallest have had enough and decide to destroy Earth to get rid of Zim once and for all, since he found out the truth. Maybe have one Irken, who is maybe high up in the chain, but captive, be on Zim's side, as they may have found out the truth and maybe reveal the Tallests are actually normal Irkens and this one is trying to make them see reason. Zim comes in with, "Now it's time to rise up..." with, maybe a good chunk of the Empire, who have sided with Zim after finding out the truth. Then we cut to Dr. Membrane singing, "Are you quite sure we can do this?", and have it roll from there. I can even imagine Dib singing, "I'll save my home and family", as they launch. If I had the skills to, I'd make it. But, sadly, some 5 year olds draw better than me. LOL.

1:21 Poor Dib FEELING that on a PERSONAL LEVEL and trying his hardest NOT TO because it's ZIM he's feeling sympathy for and somehow STILL feels sorry for him. That's what I see in that expression. He's still gonna defend Earth, but the sympathy is THERE.

I honestly watched this over 20 times I really liked how good this animatic is; the song fits what is being conveyed. Zim is, no matter how demented and evil his plans are is a victim of being born in a society where an Irken is only worth as much conquering or destruction of other planets and races they succeed in overthrowing. And to try everything he could to prove his worth to the beings he admires and respects only to be constantly shut down, pushed aside and forgotten without him even realizing it. And still he tries and still he does his best even so-it makes seeing the expression on Dib’s face not only appropriate considering Zim’s plans to destroy earth but also, that Dib actually knows how he feels all too well. Not being understood by any of his peers and his own father. No one believes anything he says even when the reality is right in plain sight; yet no one sees it no matter how clear it is. He tries his best to show them the truth only to be knocked down for even trying. They both are misunderstood people who feel isolated and invisible.

Ok that's it ZIM PROTECTION SQUAD ASSEMBLE!!!!!!!!

Fan idea: What if, after checking the distance of the Irkan armada, Zim uses a hacker to peak into the Tallest. He's horrified and devastated after hearing what they _really_ think about him. After getting the idea of Peace Day, Zim believes he can get their attention and rule them all with the titular Florpus, despite knowing he'll be destroyed with the Earth; he's giving himself false hope.
