Wait till you hear what I paid!! Heljan Quality loco, ES1, NO.1. A 1906 Electric train.
But first a review of my first Heljan locomotive, the intriguing ES1.
With a retail price of £220 this has to be good but I will tell you at the end of the video what I paid.
Is it worth the money lets find out?

Good review. I have 2 of these both BR (one I renumbered 26501) and DCC fitted. As usual with Heljan models the instructions on how to get the body off are incorrect. I paid the higher price and add on decoder cost. Still beautiful locos and recommend them
