@@corymorrow5329 ...I don't know what to say.🤷‍♂Maybe it's because out there is *FULL* of enemies-to-lovers tropes(that I usually *HATE* expecially if the couple is heterosexual and the Villain is a man!X-#)but a lot of the dynamics I'm seeing between Drea&Eleanor *do* make me feel the sexual tension/the potential for a future lovestory,for example here 00:00 - 00:02 or here 11:50 - 11:52 (she cut the scene itself,but you know which one it is...the one where Drea is all sad and Eleanor cuddles her....)

Ethan took all the energy he should have had in Euphoria and transferred it to this movie.

This is a 90's fever dream and I can't get enough. The fashion is goals, Cam/Maya have amazing chemistry and Sophie Turner gets to be absolutely fucking unhinged. All in all, it is an absolute gem of a movie. Not to mention the soundtrack is filled with bops.

i know that we expect that do revenge was gonna be a corny satire of high school movie, but i gotta admit that this is one of the most accurate embodiment of modern high school drama to date.

I love this movie. Also had a crisis of morals "Should I be rooting for them??" I liked the "twist" and the resolution. In the end they both go after the boy instead of destroying each other. Usually it's the other way around.

WE WERE ROBBED. they had such good chemistry! :(

"Okay but how long ago was this?" Eleanor said they met when they were 13 and their 17 in the present time so like the rumour stuff would've happened 4 years ago for them.

LOVE THE TITLE. THANK YOU. FINALLY SOMEONE SAID IT. Cause a lot of people loved the relationship between Eleanor and the sister, and don't get me wrong, I did too but i was kinda pissed because I was totally shipping Drea and Eleanor. Maya Hawke and Camila Mendes had insane chemistry. INSANE.

Its crazy because the first time I saw "Ethan" in anything was him playing an abusive boyfriend to Kate in This Is Us. He was so good at playing bad, I almost hate him for real lol but he's also played sweet characters really well too. He's very versatile, but he does play an asshole quite well lol

When I tell you this movie is everything. The fashion the soundtrack the plot twist. The 90s / early 2000s vibe. Chefs kiss!

everytime ppl are like nobodys throwing parties like this in high school for this movie, i'm just like these are RICH KIDS. rich kids ae def having parties like this

lowkey ignoring the end credits cause as much as I love Gabbi and Eleanor together, Eleanor and Drea having the enemies to friends to enemies to lovers arc of the century would be so iconic of them. Also I dont think Eleanors revenge was an issue of "how much time has passed" not only was it nkt tbat long ago but it was a rumour of her being a PREDATORY LESBIAN, not just a sexual predator but her being a lesbian was already a point of fear for herself. That image always sticks, Carissa remembered it with just a name. She had every right to be as upset as she was, but her actions aren't meant to be defendable cause that was the entire point of the movie. They're both kinda terrible and its GREAT

90s vibes are strong!♥ after watching the trailer, I was not about to watch the movie, so glad I decided to anyway! Loved the twist!

I saw Alex Meyers' review of this movie _before_ watching the movie(and,even if I was intrigued enough by the plot,THE reason I decided to watch it was BUFFY!!!🤩)so _I knew_ these 2 were toxic as fuck and I wasn't supposed to ship them...and yet...C'MON!!!!!😵How can you NOT with all that chemestry bursting from every pore???🤩 Apart from that,this movie reminded me of a more convoluted version of"Jawbreaker"...which is great because *I love* that movie!!😍

This movie is everything we all wish we could have done. While still showing what we wish we could take back

As much as I love Gabbie, I feel like if they'd combined her character with Tara it would've tightened up the movie's plot so much more-- Gabbie being Max's little sister just felt like a very underutilised plot point and I feel like every other scene with both characters except the introduction to the cliques scene would have made more sense this way. Like (originally Gabbie) calling Elenor out on being shitty to Drea (maybe saying that as much as she didn't want to believe it, she knows Max sent the video) because we have no point of reference to how much Gabbie knew Drea or how close she was to Max but we do know for Tara. Or Tara suddenly showing up to hype up Drea before the big party and dumping Max, combine the car accident with witnessing Elenor being terrible to her and her actually sticking up for Drea and her turn makes a lot more sense. Also by the point she and Elenor start doing more than flirting with each other it wouldn't even be cheating because they're now publically in an open relationship, hell maybe she was even distracting Elenor while they set up the other friends in the group set up the surprise party. PLUS more bi representation!
