Wailea Beach Resort Marriott , Maui Review and experience

We are Rodrick and Elissa!
For the last 10 years we have been saying that we wanted to come to Hawaii! 2021 is here and we finally did it!
We decided to stay at the Marriott Wailea Beach Resort!
We wanted to show you around and give you our opinion after staying here for 6 days! The good, the bad, and our recommendations if you plan on staying!
CHECK-IN
- When you get here you have 2 choices: Self park or Valet
- There is parking here at the hotel for $30 a day.
- When we checked in we:
- Got leid
- Received a free mai tai voucher and cold non-alcoholic drink
- Received a map
- Wrist bands you have to wear each day
OUR ROOM:
- 2 free reusable water bottle
- Shower soaps
Nothing out of the ordinary. No chocolate on our pillows etc…
AMMENITIES:
- 4 Pools (1 with water slide) (1 scuba pool)
- Bar at each pool (minus the scuba pool)
- 2 beaches (1 on each end of resort)
- Small market with gifts, snacks, etc…
- Game center (some free games/some paid)
- A food food options + room service
- Starbucks
ACTIVITIES:
- Free daily activities
*Go to Activity concierge before doing anything! They have good recommendations not only at the hotel but also around town!

@@rodrickandelissa1912 holy cow did we enjoy it. We got an ocean view room that overlooked the main infinity pool. Our room was so close to every activity and shopping, it was incredible. We literally spent our whole trip at the main infinity pool hanging out in the water chasing the shadows of the cabanas, it was like a dream. Got our breakfast from the little market at then shops, amazing food. We ate room service mostly because we were lazy and it was really great. It was a trip of a lifetime, I loved it. I’ll definitely be going back. I’m going to Kauai is about 2 weeks and I’ve not been to that island so I’m looking forward.

We were told September is a great not so busy time to go. That’s when we decided to visit. It was nice and relaxing. Not too many people and still the weather was great!
What kind of room did you get? A ocean view? Or partial ocean view? Thanks ❤
