Wagyu Steak - grilled in Winter
The Sportsman's grill was first introduced by Birmingham Stove & Range in the 1930's and got later manufactured by Lodge and other cookware companies.
The Steak: the slightly frozen New Zealand grass-fed Wagyu Ribeye Steak receives first low heat to defrost carefully and as finish high heat to create a slight crust, seasoned with salt, pepper and crispy chili oil: containing chili, Sichuan Pepper, onions and soy beans -

@@alexcarrillo8957 I always suspected that he was/is a pilot of some kind. Before his channel took off, unless he was already wealthy, I couldn’t think of another way to explain his constant travel and high-end eating. To the best of my knowledge, pilots get a generous per diem if they fly internationally, which could explain the steaks and travel.

Some might say "show your face or say a word". I appreciate how these videos are all about enjoying life and a good atmosphere.
I'm on my third Sportsman's Grill. They rust after about 10 years of salt air and seaside living. Essential equipment. I run mine very hot, full to the brim, and choose very thick steaks. I don't always cook that way, but It's a great combination.
I've been watching vids from this channel, THE MAN WANTS HIS STEAK RARE. rare. RARE. If you don't like it, there's a million other KZreadrs.
Aden is flexing. Impressively so too. Just casually passing the camera over a $1000 bottle of Glenfarclas 40. Great choice of Whisky though.

Eating meat on the fire, outside in the snow does not seem like a bad idea at all, although where I live there is a very low chance that it will happen. The meat looks great, and sure is delicious too.

Nice grill except I don't like the flat top. IMHO it would leave better grill marks for cross-hatching if the top grid was machined like the underside.

Was always told that the meat should be at room temp before grilling. I'm not sure they mean frozen on an outside grill in a snow storm. Also allow the rest to rest after grilling to let the juices settle.
