It's not that hard to understand. If u have multiple cases, and you're allowed to bail out on one. You'll still remain locked up if that other case(s) are active. So you aren't going home either way unless those other cases get dropped.

Pretty much he was on fed house arrest and got locked up on a state charge with a bond. But if he bonds out on the state charge. He can’t go home because whatever he did violated his fed house arrest. And since he’s locked up ALREADY. Tmhe would literally just be paying the state to transfer from the “jail” to “prison” or atleast from the state orange suit and hop over to the fed side of the jail with the blue suits…

Dude a whole lawyer!!

The one time he actually spoke facts. I've done fed time and had a state case at the same time. Once my state case was dismissed, I was still held because I was on fed probation and still had to be transported by the feds to deal with the violation. Yb was on pre-trial release, which is basically probation in the feds, so he still gotta go to Louisiana and see a federal magistrate to see if he actually gets out even though he bailed out in Utah. Fed trumps state every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Just say he workin for the fed...
