Awesome video mate, thanks for sharing. I'm going to be doing the track in full next week, I was hoping it would be a bit more of a challenge, but the scenery looks good and apparently there's plenty of places to camp.
I always enjoy your videos no matter where you go.

Well said tommy b, same here.
Great work Michael, although quite a tame track, still looks enjoyable. Any day out on the tracks with family, friends etc is always great.
Hey mate, Not sure if you read your comments but i justed wanted to say i found you with your 12v setup video (it was a massive help) and i am impressed by all your videos and how well they are put together. Anyway well done and keep up with the great work and all the best.
Subbed...Just finished watchin your Pilbara Vids.... great Quality, Luv ya work !
Thanks for the honest review, I'll pencil a 'family photo with the burn't out cars' into the diary.
looks great Michael, might have to travel that track one day
Gee you got onto that one fast. I get the feeling that it might get a bit more exciting further south after looking at the route. I think you just saved me doing the first bit as I will start at Dwellingup.
That was good info, some will like it. I live in Rocko and sometimes like to go along the escarpment gravel road from Jarrahdale to Harvey with the Harvey end offering some interesting drives.
Great review Michael 10/10 unbiased loved it 👍
Good presentation. Loved it
Thanks for sharing and saving me the effort 😉
The road you turned off at 4:15 to mt dale has some exellent side tracks in winter , lots of fun

You're better to watch then the 4WD shows on TV.
I love the inland tracks, such a beautiful country
Very cool that a tack like this has been opened up. I recon it would be better to have off shoots of more difficult terrain along the way for you to choose your trip 👍
The first half of this track is just ashendon road, Brookton highway and Kinsella road, if you want to spice it up, take the power lines from half way down ashendon through to Albany Highway, bit more of a challenge but still not a lot of 4x4 work involved. There's a little secret about north dandalup dam, below the little spill way there is a huge supply of fresh water muscles 😁
Thanks for the review. have been looking at doing it, since the recent hype floating around.. I will do the Perth to Albany and see if that is any better.. how's the car going. any review on it, I'm considering the same set up as you've got there.. thank you..
Sounds interesting. Only thought is, would there be enough room to pass oncoming vehicles in those tight spots?. Be interesting to see the whole route eventually.
Nice micheal. Did air down and up as went from dirt to black top
I did not see anything that required 4x4. We just did the full Holland track and we did that in a 2wd as well. Getting lost is when the fun starts.
Got stuck into that video. Good review Michael, but as you say , its more for family getaway or girly cars.
Famous last words I never got lost
Well it was only a small portion of the total km’s of the track and certainly a good starter for the new to 4x4 world .
Hi how do you get it into you hema app as you say? I have hema explorer on iPad and iPhone and downloading the link they sent me won't allow me to open in either of the apps? Thanks
Now we know, cheers
I found it interesting as I used to live in WA and have been many places. My cousins still live at Morrine Rock. My only criticism was too much talking to camera whilst outside views would be more interesting.
You can't "download" the waypoints, they have to email it to you.
you should show how do do the mapping lol
curious why you need to drop the tyre pressure on gravel roads? Anyone tell me?
@smo2001

Corrugations lowering the pressure will smooth it out slightly
How long did the section between Albany Highway and Mundaring weir Rd take? might be quicker than the bitumen
@reyneharris5501

It’s way quicker, that’s the whole point of those 2 roads
Please reply. What are all those off tracks/fire trails
Michael, what is a commodore? Enjoy your videos and the Aussie words you use. From Oregon, US.

Its a Sedan, was Sold in the US for a few years before being discontinued as a Pontiac G8 or Chevy SS.. GM have killed off Holden completely after Killing off the Australian Built Commodore in 2017
i think if you give it a few good winter downpours and a few thousand vehicles the track will erode and become a little more interesting, but it at least gives you a more interesting drive down to albany

@@SeekAdventure time will tell mate. A few sections off to the side that are more difficult would be a great addition to it
the dams have got good water in them because of the desalination plants that are pumping the water into them
@MrProctitus

Sadly those dams lose about as much water to evaporation as they gain in rainfall these days Great video as usual

@@SeekAdventure have you ever made a video on the poisonous critters in Australia that you've encountered on your outtings? Curious minds overseas would like to know. You mentioned a snake in one video going through your group and Misha not liking spiders in another. I googled it and found there's a top 30...that's mind boggling.
11:19 Just do it
Micheal is the type of guy to smile when his girlfriend leaves him
Where's the crazy Canadian ? Finally deported ? 😁
Those dams are choccaz from the desalination plants pumping in water!
