Botched Renovation by WA Bathrooms, this is one of numerous issues.
In this particular problem, the spout for the tap was plumbed into the wrong position and was about 20mm off the centre of the sink. To rectify this, they sent out a Stonemason to drill the granite vanity top and make the hole larger and offset to the side by around 10 or 15mm.Then because the hole was larger,the plumbers fix was to empty a tube of silicone into it. Obviously it didn't work very well!
