Thank you for reaching out. I have observed that the 0123 wheel is for adjusting the headlights. So the numbering is a body counter of persons carried in the car because the weight adjusts the focus of the headlights from the road. TIP, get into your vehicle at night, switch on headlight whilst stationary in your garage, then toggle the wheel up/down. you will notice that your headlight focus will shift as you toggle the wheel.

Go to the vehicle settings hit the knob 3 times to the right the screen should pop up

My 2011 c300, doesn't look like this.
