五香肉丁比萨
材料:
2片 冷藏比萨皮
上层:
1罐 古龙五香肉丁
10粒 蘑菇
10粒 樱桃小番茄
适量Mozzarella芝士和Parmesan芝士
做法:
1. 蘑菇和小番茄切片
2. 比萨皮涂搽上五香肉丁酱
3. 撒上芝士
4. 排上蘑菇和小番茄片
5. 送进预热烤箱,以250°C烤至芝士稍微溶解和金黄色
6. 取出,把比萨放在木占板上,放上芝麻叶即可
Spiced Pork Cube Pizza
Ingredient:
2 pieces Frozen pizza base
Topping:
1 tin Gulong Spiced Pork Cube
10 Button mushrooms
10 Cherry tomatoes
Some Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
Method:
1. Cut button mushrooms and cherry tomatoes into slices
2. Spread spiced pork cube onto the pizza base
3. Sprinkle with cheese
4. Arrange button mushrooms and tomato on top
5. Bake in the preheated oven at 250°C till cheese has melted and golden brown
6. Remove, put some rocket leaves on top and serve
香烤五香肉丁茄子泥
材料:
1罐 古龙五香肉丁
1条 茄子
1把 新鲜芫茜
适量芝士
做法:
1. 如何挑选茄子(好吃茄子:外皮呈深紫,轻轻按压,茄身柔软富弹性)
2. 把茄子切成条状
3. 把芫茜切碎
4. 热油锅,放入茄子煎香
5. 撒入少许黑胡椒碎和盐
6. 把煎香的茄子排在烤盘上
7. 舀入五香肉丁
8. 撒上芝士
9. 送进已预热烤箱,用200°C烤约20分钟
10. 取出,用芫茜和小番茄装饰
11. 配搭面包或pitta 享用
Baked Spiced Pork Cube with Mashed Eggplant
Ingredients:
1 tin Gulong Spiced Pork Cube
1 Eggplant
1 Small bundle coriander leaves
Some cheese
Method:
1. How to pick a perfect eggplant (A good eggplant: Skin should be rich in purple-black colour, the flesh should create a slight indent but spring back immediately)
2. Cut eggplant into strips
3. Chop coriander leaves
4. Heat up oil, pan-fry eggplant till fragrant
5. Add a little ground black pepper and salt
6. Arrange fried eggplant onto a baking dish
7. Add in spiced pork cube
8. Sprinkle with cheese
9. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes
10. Remove from oven, garnish with coriander leaves and tomatoes
11. Serve with bread or pitta
五香肉丁玉子烧
材料:
5粒 蛋
1小匙 味琳
1大匙 牛奶
¼ 小匙 胡椒粉
1罐 古龙五香肉丁
做法:
1. 把蛋打入碗,加入其余材料
2. 拌打均匀
3. 热锅
4. 下油
5. 倒入适量蛋液,铺平
6. 铺上五香肉丁
7. 卷起
8. 再倒入蛋液
9. 煎完蛋液为止
10. 盛起
11. 切成厚块
12. 衬上白萝卜泥和酱油即可
Tamagoyaki with Spiced Pork Cube
Ingredients:
5 Eggs
1 tsp Mirin
1 tbsp Milk
¼ tsp Pepper
1 tin Gulong Spiced Pork Cube
Method:
1. Break the eggs into a bowl, add in the remaining ingredients
2. Mix till well combined
3. Heat up a tamagoyaki pan
4. Brush evenly with oil
5. Pour in some egg mixture and level the surface
6. Put some spiced pork cube on top
7. Roll up
8. Pour again some egg mixture
9. Finish the egg mixture using the same method
10. Dish up
11. Cut into thick slices
12. Serve with mashed radish and soy sauce
