Incredible box, in terms of frequencies the speakers will reproduce, but that doesn't mean it's reproducing faithfully. I did the same test with TRIBIT, but using a Spectroid app. Above 80%, TRIBIT was able to go down to 40hz without distortion, below that it reaches 30hz. Distortions happen when, for example, we set 30hz but the box reproduces 50hz instead.

Very very true, it's definitely going to play music differently and hit different levels of bass depending on what speaker you have

The encore I think will kill this the hertz test is crazy on the encore

I think it's funny that the JBL boombox 3 woofer and this speaker woofer. Look like Giant tv speakers but this is a good speaker for sure can't wait for speaker battles soon

@@Jagistreviews I’m kind of jealous of that layout. I like my BB3 a lot but it wasn’t what I expected from a $500 MSRP speaker. I can see why you sold yours. You’ve probably seen me bitching about the BB3 over on Alan Ross’s channel. I love my pair of Xtreme 3s and Boombox but I also love trashing them because of diminishing returns on investment. 😂

@@Unkown18346 I own 2 Tribits. I leave them at work on my toolbox. They kick ass. But I keep the single BB3 at the house. The Tribit’s woofers still move but they’re not producing sound. That’s where these bigger woofers come in.

Wow its pretty amazing i can see w-king can beat jbl products , btw bud can you tell me which one is better in terms of bass performance jbl charge 4 or the w-king x10 ? Im kind of having difficulties in choosing which one should i buy

Wking has become an amazing speaker company, your getting jbl products for half the price ha ha, I don't own the x10 but from my research the x10 will definitely have more bass and better bass plus a good deal louder than a charge 4

Wking was killin it wuth the d8 didnt own that but owned the d9 that speaker blew me away for only 72 bucks got it on sale then my oldest brother bought one too ended up sellin mine when i got the x10 got the t9 sold it it got the t11 ended up returning that one due to not bein able to upgrade firmware as im not good with that stuff but when their d320 released with app i bought it and absolutely love it ... that 320 caused me to return the charge 5 not vecause the charge 5 didnt have better bass and overall sound quakity up to 80 percent volume but after 80 the sound goes downhill and couldnt justify keepin that charge 5 even tho i got it on sale for 129 cuz the 320 was damn ckose overall not the deep bass but great mids and suprisingly beautuful highs with some eq adjustments but this whole time since d9 ive been sayin they need an app like soundcires or tribit for their blast so now the 320 amd now this i was insatnly sold on this x20 hope mine is here tomorrow or wednesday but most excited ive been for a speaker since the tribit blast

Wking is truly killing it, I've heard amazing things about the d320 and I'll probably get one soon, the t11 was one of my most favorites but I did update the firmware and it was amazing!!! I have the D9-1 and for the price it's insanely good

Hellyah Boombox 3 isn't muffled, it's pretty bright sounding with large mountain frequency in the center l, and all of people who saying Boombox 3 is muffled. Then look at the WiFi Edition. It destroyed any kinds of speakers it's reavals

Definitely download the app and go in and custom equalize it, you can make the lows mids and highs all sound pretty dang good

play some bassy music with bass mode on. then focus on the back passive radiator and see if they are moving normaly. because you said its hard to push in fingers. so we can see its moving or just to put there to design as passive rad. only

@granteugenegallagher hmm that's interesting, have you both updated your speakers the same?, and when your testing it have you guys equalized it the same also using the same device to play the music through, all of that can play a factor, I could get the back radiator to barely move, but not fully, so I'll try again now that we have this new updated

hey compared your unboxing of the w-king vs the boombox 3 unboxing on your channel with the same tracks it seemed like the unboxing were in the same room and from what heard the boombox the bass is crazy this sounded almost like no bass in comparison some upper bass note and I switched between two videos I don’t what or why but that’s what I got out of two videos tell if that what I am hearing is fair but that’s what heard the boombox the tuning is waaay lower and better

So they are 2 different rooms and also I had to do the eq on the wking myself and now there is a ton more bass, I just tested it fresh out of the box no eq or anything for the x20, it sounds night and day different now

@@Jagistreviews is it upper bass focused or deep bass focused or both and still does come close to like hk go play 3,encore or even bb3 in terms of bass with your eq in terms of deep bass because I know Jbl is known for deep bass nothing comes close let alone a budget but let me know what you think

@marcosantos4699 it has way more bass the the hk go plus play 3, in my opinion I think it's super close to the bb3 but I think the bb3 focuses on just deep bass and this is hitting all the bass hertz but not as loud on the low notes like the bb3, I'll have to test them againts each other soon, I'm doing this vs encore tomorrow

It's very similar but the tweeters don't sit on the mids and it has 3 passive radiators instead of 2 like the bb3

No DB reference? Come on...I've got a sealed woofer 6.5" sub that'll play down to 12hz. It's down probably 26db at that point but if I did what you did people would be like "Yo, that thing HITS down to 12hz! Problem is, rolled off that much you'll never, ever, ever hear anything close to 12hz playing with the other music. Playing a tone down to where it's inaudible is 100% useless information. The only thing you did here is find what hz the passive radiators are tuned to.
