While the camera doesn't always record the trials and tribulations of family life, the love and respect for each other comes across so strong. I'm from Singapore. I didn't really like the coarseness of roasted turkey meat the first time I tasted it. I've never touched turkey meat since then. I guess braising it probably tenderise the meat, so may make it more palatable to the taste bud of a non-american such as myself.

用中餐烹饪鸡的方法烹调火鸡是肯定成功的，无论如何都比烤整只火鸡好吃，我曾经把一只火鸡一多半红烧，另一小半连同鸡爪内脏加香菇炖汤，很成功。人多的话咖喱火鸡加土豆胡萝卜也很好。

鸡提前腌制一天才有味。 Ari的爸爸妈妈真可爱，祝小豆腐健康成长，祝Jay和Ari幸福美满。
