你真是小看美国对有色人种的敌意。对黑人的态度，对移民的态度就知道。之前我表妹和朋友们去美国旅行 ，叫我一起去，我已经去过加拿大、澳洲、新西兰、日本韩国等国家，美国是唯一一个我不会去的。他们对中国人充满敌意。

I know Jay is always a great chef, but making the Peking roasted duck (looking so gourmet and delicious) at home is something at another level!!! Great job! Always enjoy everyone's smile in Jay and Ari's videos, so heart warming!

Peking Duck is impossible to make at home. Lol I've been to the authentic ones in Beijing and back in my home country Singapore where Chinese people make up 80% of the population, no decent (or even high-end) restaurants could make peking duck close to the authentic ones. It's just not possible! Most of the time it's the cantonese roasted duck which is also very good, just not Peking duck...

其实全国各地都有非常多的烤鸭，味道不比全聚德的差。价格都非常便宜，几十块就能买一只。

Jay:主要造烤鸭程序，鸭肉与皮分离。煮一窝开水泡浸，以秒算下窝上窝十数次，再从鸭脖子引入管子吹气，从表面看见至到鸭身皮鼓起才腌制。

This is like the most wholesome family. I wish I had that type of vibe with my own family 😔

Fellow Singaporean here. I think most American and Chinese people are very nice. Unfortunately we can't say the same about the govts. We can all live very harmoniously as shown in Jay & Ari's families, just don't get too obsessed by what the war-mongering media tells us..

I think I love this channel just because every video here makes me happy.

jay烤鸭先皮下吹气，用热水烫皮风干用红醋淋皮（3次）烤的时候皮色非常漂亮后淹鸭。

jay你可以学做一下沙县小吃的飘香拌面给你的家庭，我相信他们一定会喜欢的！

饼皮可以用市售饺子皮涂上油，几张叠在一起擀大一倍，然后一起蒸可以很容易分开。真味的北方饺子皮就很适合这么弄，节省一些时间。
