    Fruits ,vegetables. No much Carbohydrates, more execerise, avoid Stress. Drink more water.

    Kula chakula chenye low glycemic index Kama corosho,kalanga za mtini ,mboga za majani mbalimbali,matunda mbalimbali usitengeneze juice,mbegu za maboga(pumpkin seed) ,mayai na nyama yoyote ,samaki isiyokaangwa kwenye mafuta ya mbegu achana kabsa na wali,ugali ,juice za matunda,pombe yeyote,sigara,ndizi,mihogo,chips,soda,na keki
