if Aurangazeb killed millions of Hindus and Muslim Kings did forceful conversions then in 700 year Muslim rule India would be 90% Muslim country, india is 80% Hindu is proof Muslim rulers didn't have Forced conversion as policy...only 1 or 2 kings during Deccan sultanate tried to do conversions of a small population out of the 60+ Kings during 700 year rule. This is official Historical sources even by Western historians and from Banaras Hindu university. Lagta hai many of you who hate Aurangazeb are Learning from RSS sakhas not from proper History schools. Be Proud of Aurangazeb because he made India richest Empire in world and spent the money on people and not like many Hindu kingdoms who stashed all wealth in temples while people starved in their rule.

Even knowing Kaasi Temple is the holiest place for Hindus, in Fatwa-E-Alamgiri, he ordered the demolition of the temple which could be in line with his Islamic ideas. But he also asked to build a Mosque on top of it negates all his so called little MFking secular favours on India. He was a brutal king and FEA has many such orders.

Can you show in which para and which chapter which volume?? Truth is Aurangzeb fatwa e alamgiri is not his orders but it was regarding how judiciary, finances, and laws are made in Mughal era. Infact it was so good that bris to ish just translated it and changed it make laws for British in english. Which is must in order to operate a country as hughe and as diverse as India. Dara Shikoh was not killed because he opposed Aurangzeb, dara shikoh attacked Aurangzeb to kill him he failed and vice versa happened.

The way a certain section of the media portrays Aurangzeb and his ilk saddens me. Tughlaq lane in Delhi has the office of an important political party on it. Books of Mohammad Bin Qasim were sold in Delhi depicting him as a hero. He in fact had invaded India to kill the family of Prophet Mohammad, which had sought refuge under Raja Dahir of Sindh. He kidnapped twenty thousand daughters of this land and sold them in the markets of Damascus and Baghdad. Only a disgraced people allow books of such rapist to be sold in the national capital. Is this why our ancestors laid down their lives for this country? Do we not owe them an ounce of respect, that we tolerate such activities of a motivated few to continuously present a distorted version of our history. Shame on Indians who call them good rulers.

@@vijnanabandhu2167 I read the entire shariah act 1937 and there nothing that says non-syed can't marry a syed or an Arab can't marry a non arab because for any fiqh ruling in any madhab they need to base it on the quran and sunnah and there is nothing in quran and sunnah which says this infact its the opposite in the life time of prophet Muhammad saw under his leadership Arabs married non Arabs and syed family which is his prophet's family married people from other tribe who had the same lineage of hashmi.

He took sometime to investigate but then replied sambhaji was enemy hence he deserved this treatment. Aurangzeb the great emperor of India ,who United and ruled present day India Pakistan Afghanistan Bangladesh Myanmar Nepal Tibet for 52 long years. The great son and emperor of Akhand Bharat Aurangzeb defeated all the enemies and traitors and tyrants of motherland India such as rajputs, jatts, sikhs, marathas, east india company, deccan sultanates, south indian kingdoms etc. who wanted to divide and torn out India into small princely states . To spread the Islamic sharia in India he did great jobs to whom history should never forget. The great king died for the sake of Islam never bothered about himself and sacrificed his crown for Islam, He lived a simple life, being an Emperor of great India never used baitulmaal (government treasuries) for personal use. The only sources to get his livelihoods were the hadiyas(gifts in cash) from his own hand weaved muslim scalp caps and from his own hand written Holy Qur’ans. Also he made a will and recommended that after his death , his grave must be simple next to his spiritual teacher at Aurangabad, without any monuments to be build on it , (just opposite to the traditions of those times, where big and remarkable buildings were constructed in the memory of the deceased emperors or kings irrespective of religions) But I had said him unfortunate only because if such a great man had been born in some other country must have been remembered like a father of nation, national hero and Icon. In India he could not attain proper place in the heart nor in history but Allah is All Knowing and All Sufficient "There is no compulsion in religion; truly the right way has become clearly distinct from error; therefore, whoever disbelieves in the Shaitan and believes in Allah he indeed has laid hold on the firmest handle, which shall not break off, and Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing." Quran 2:256 Do you know that the Grandmother of Aurangzeb was a rajput a Hindu. Do you know that during the whole Mughal era in India from Taimur to Bahadur Shah Zafar , the most Hindus ever appointed and present in Mughal courts was in the reign of Aurangzeb. Do you know that Aurangzeb even destroyed Masjids as well as hindu temples (namesakes Masjids and Temples ,actually centres and hideouts of rebellions ) Do you know that Aurangzeb donated golds and silvers as charities to many Hindu temples who were loyal to him. Do you know that Aurangzeb issued and stamped certificates and affidavits still exists in the Hindu temples of Banaras Kashi Mathura for receiving monthly payments as charity or subsidy for the maintenance and welfare of Hindu Temples . Do you know that Aurangzeb being the Emperor, the most powerful man of the most powerful and richest nation India , would have easily slaughtered all the Hindus living in his boundaries if he really wanted to spread Islam by force. Also, ISISL is not Islamic even in the least one. In fact Akbar did everything wrong. Muslim rulers had always defeated the Rajputs. So had his father and grandfather . But he made matrimonial alliance with them and gave them high posts in Mughal adminstration and army. In few decades rajputs took full control of the Mughals. Thus Mughals submerged themselves in vine and wives and gave whole responsibility of administration to rajputs . When Aurangzeb came to throne he found empire virtually in hands of rajputs. He took every step to force Rajputs out of administration . This caused revolts which he successfully crushed in his fifty years . But when his weak successors ascended they did nothing to consolidate Mughal Empire . If their had been two or three more Aurangzebs . Mughal rule would have lasted longer and that too without any indian support
