Beautiful Kalam of Sufi Saadiq Shah Fakeer. Sufi Sadiq Shah Fakeer was one of the greatest Sindhi Sufi Saint of 1800A.D.

Let me add a bit of elaboration about the melodiously-conveyed philosophy of Ustaad Shafi M. Faqeer and his troupe. Those from the subcontinent will instantly see how such simple wisdom has come down to us through Sufi and Bhakti poets and has even become a part of our movie music. Recall Talat Mehmood's song Aaye Bhi Akela Jaaye Bhi Akela, Do Din Ki Zindagi Hai, Do Din Ka Mela, and Muhammed Rafi's song, Jaayega Jab Jahaan Se Kuchh Bhi Na Paas Hoga, Do Gaz Kaffan Ka Tukda Tera Libaas Hoga. Beyond that , this viewpoint is also reflected in parts of the Bible, Buddhism, and Daoism as well as in some secular poetry of East and West. There's an unmistakable affinity of this kaafi with the much-studied Shelley poem Ozymandias (it can be easily found on the internet by clicking on that name). I also want to mention a famous haiku by Matsuo Basho of 17th -century Japan who saw a battlefield on which a 13th-century warrior Minamoto no Yoritomo won a fiercely blood-stained victory over his opponents to become the country's first fear-inspiring Shogun.
