Good work mate, I love seeing people doing their own work. Perfectly flushed too. Live the fan flap linkage so that the flaps on the cooling fans shroud are open permanently, that way, keeps cooler especially in this heat. Mine have seized so it'll just have to run a tad hot lol

Good work Joel. I always look forward to your uploads, and find them very useful...in fact I've just changed the rear break caliper set on my T4 whilst watching your video on my iPad. Lol Anyway, if you do move the flap linkages I hope you make a video, as I need to do this to. Thanks for posting. Keep it up.

Mine are seized as well. Need to change one of the fans so wondering about loosing off the shrouds as well.

Great vid, still helping people to this day. 👍🏼 Just a quick question when the vans up to temp and the thermostat opens do you just pull the bottom hose off after turning the engine off or do you wait for it to cool down a bit?

No reason other than the shop keeper grabbed it for me as it was the manufacturers recommendation 🤷♂️
