Beautiful van, love the wood! We’re looking at doing something similar in our T4. What height is your seating area before the foam? And what depth foam did you get?

Thanks. I can't remember the exact hight but basically as low as I could without touching the rear arches. For better head room. Foam is 3 inch medium density.

Good job man. I'm making something similar, what are thoughts on the cushions/foam, Good sleep? Any links for foam?

Cheers man. Foam seems OK. Comfy to sleep on. I don't have a link I got mine pre cut from a site I googled. Can't remember what site it was now.
