I'm glad you guys pointed this out about the lights.. I Viewed a red polo gti just love it..it has the same lights as the white polo in the video.. I thought that red polo was in a front smash 🤭 ooops I almost made a fool of myself
I have a stage 2 polo gti and i love it and love yours too. Just one thing I have to tell you guys, you shouldn't have a pops and bangs remap with an opf, it's a very risky procedure as it can lead to engine or turbo failure. An opf failure is a really bad thing, if the opf becomes so dirty cause of the ash produced with bangs it will become like a cap to the exhaust system and the car goes into recovery if you're lucky or something bad could happen. Ask me how I know (I had the car also in recovery with the opf removed and coded out of the ecu. But finally about 1 month ago I have been able to disable it forever and now there are no more problems and now i have a trouble free, good sounding polo)
Great video, that OPF is such a killer!

whats an opf?

@@TravelWithPreston it stands for Otto Particulate Filter - it's similar to the Diesel Particulate Filter and is in addition to the catalytic converter. They generally don't give as much trouble as the diesel versions because petrol engine don't produce any where near as much soot
I've just bought a 2020 white GTi with 9000 miles on the clock, looking forward to picking it up on Tuesday. I looked at the ST2 and 3 but decided that the Polo is more refined and less chav-like!

I hope ownership is treating you well mate! Yes theres something that just doesn’t quite do it for me with the ST, more the manual box i think that puts me off! Hope you enjoy the car mate 👍🏻
Best color "Reef blue metallic" ❤️😎
Good video. I have a 2020 limestone grey polo gti plus completely standard at the moment. Hoping to go stage 1(250bhp) when warranty’s finished. What you need is a non-resonated Milltec cat-back system.

cheers pal, niiiice should of jumped in the video would of had a full showroom haha! yeah if you're fine about losing warranty then its deffo worth doing!
I just picked up a 2021 polo Gti which is now a 7 speed DSG and 207ps (uk version) Would be interested to see the difference between mine and pre 21 versions. I think the 7th gear is pointless as it bogs the car down and seems like it is only suitable for cruise control on a flat road! Lol. Not sure if you would notice much difference on a 4 bhp increase but I wonder if they are mapped differently? It's is still under 1k miles on the clock but it doesn't feel as quick as I thought it would be based on the online content about this car I viewed before buying. Hoping it may loosen up with a few more miles on the clock.
Brilliant cars these, that pop map does change it a bit aswell 👌

Should I get a stage 1 remap on my 2018 polo gti?? Is it worth risking my 2 year warranty??
Blue is beautiful 🤩
I have the 18 plate gti + and my Neighbour’s hate when I start it up at 5am in the morning
I've just bought the YW19XSC polo in blue
Nice cars, I have a reef blue 2020 Polo GTI+. Haven't had it too long but got new alloys and a few asthetic modifications. Getting a Milltek OPF back system on it soon and a Stage 1 with pops and bangs too. Sound is very muted for the performance and can't wait for my new exhaust.

i believe so mate yes
I really can't get around how horrid the 17 inch standard wheels look :S I had to go with the 18' on mine On another note to all Polo GTI owners, I have an annoying noise that seems to come from the rear right side wheel area. Sort of a mix between a light squeak/rattle, it seems to be constant in terms of volume and is easier to hear at lower speeds, also a squeek in the steering rack when turning at low/standstill to the right. VW have looked and couldn't find anything first time around. Changed break pads and disks cleaned etc. Issue still there. My theory is suspension or bushing related, seems odd from a 9000 KM 2019 car... Any thoughts to point my mechanics in the right direction would be appreciated.

yes i agree the 17's look too small and just abit shit lets be honest haha. hmmmm wont lie mate i have 0 mechanical knowledge therefore wont eve bother making suggestions as they will be absolute bullshit hahaha. it is very annoying for a 19 car to have such an issue. keep me updated on the issue if you find a fix.

Is this when reversing because that is a known issue over on the Polo UK forums. Also some users have reported a knocking from the rear which is usually just a drop link that needs tightening.

@@ncbhp419 Thanks bro, yeh I think it's one of those things where they make the standard option horrid in order to upsell the 18's haha No worries, it's back to VW on Thursday, so we shall see, my guess now is just some rubber bushing. I will let you know how it goes once they have had a crack at it
