VW Passat B8.5, MY2020 - activation of map display on AID from Discover Media
From factory Discover Media does not allow to display map on the Active Info Display in VW Passat B8.5. With activation of this options, map display can be displayed on AID or Discover Media.

Is the active info display of the passat the same as the golf 7? Can you fit it in both or are both different?

It needa to be activated via diagnostic equipment.

@@MtlCarGarage What? is it hard to do? is really disappointed that there will be no standar with aid

it's on standard equipment, you have to change virtual cockpit, you have to change infotainment unit in glove box and u need to add an optical fiber cable from the infotainment to the vc, also u need coding:))@@TheRonnyla
