both of you are wrong the g60 or the rally edition wasnt the only one with square headlights all golfs (and jettas for that matter) from 86-89 i believe that were made in the USA had square headlights these include the gti and non gti models. The g60 was only made in europe and the round headlight mk2's in US was either mexican, german or south african made..
