Nicely done. I appreciate the commentary and advice as you worked on the car. I noticed during your test drive that the speedo wasn't working. Did that not get hooked up or was it previously not working?

Wasn’t working when it came in, found the cable broken during the conversion, and didn’t have one on hand.

Seems like a lot of one off parts that are going to be difficult to find in 10 years. I would definitely consider this conversion if the calipers and pads were a common part #

Empi has been around since the 60s I don’t think that will be an issue.

I'm looking for information about the master cylinder setup for this kit. Did you change out the MC? Did you keep the stock one? I'm putting this Empi kit on a 69 bus.

What did you do for the master cylinder replacement? Did you leave it stock?

I wonder how much that kit cost and why jbugs would send the wrong master cylinder. Did the customer not check the year when they bought them? I wonder if these work on empi drop spindles. That’s what I have for my 69 bus but I wanna keep the wide five pattern.
