Taco 8v… Would you recommend the stage one chip swap on a stock motor with no other changes? It says it requires 93 octane. I don’t have a tachometer being the 2.0 ABA is installed in a mk1. But can view the rpm’s thru a veepeak and compare to speed I am driving.

How did u wire the msd ignition coil like when u remove the factory plug that goes to it we’re do the three wires go

I just extend it and re-attached the plug

Chappy Oatagaurd no because I would have gone bigger at ones. But is not for me lol. I would have ported the head added some springs and cam you know opening the head more and than I would had bought a chip for more power.

@@taco8v I have a jh head I just got reworked, valve and springs done, waiting tell i get together a mk4 intake, I have a k grind cam, then I'll get a chip. Keep up the good work amazing content.

I was watching ur video .. bro I live in Vegas .. it gets really super hot 🔥.. like 115-120 .. I was wondering what type of spark plugs u think I should use for the heat ? I was hoping u can give me a tip .. I would really appreciate it ..bro thank you .. Blessings

Awesome man. 👍🏼. Spark plugs for the heat? Mmm I never thought of this one but here we get really hot weather too and always put ngk iridium point for n/a cars. But if you have turbo I will go with the ngk bkr7e. I also use cooler thermostat probably 80 degrees one. And use a complete fully aluminum radiator 2 with 12” fans and also a oil cooler too That helps a lot for the hot

@@krysbrandonlestat9873 try the crankshaft position censor maybe gets bad with to much heat. But definitely get vcds and scan the ecu for any codes.

@victorhg2350 chip has a upgraded software in it for better tb response more power , and all the parts are for the same purpose

Oh yeah man more rpm and top power I really was surprised man. That woke the car up in this case

Hey I've got a 2l 8v polo cup ecu 7800rpm but gets 7800rpm when I rev the car but no cut out and no power at 3500rpm jus making noise but from 1000rmp til 3500rpm power is strong please can u help me I got a branch head work done please any one

Kashiefa America also check the timing if you have a adjustable cam gear it way advanced. Needs to retard it to get top power speed if you racing like example a 1/8 mile you always advanced to get power taking off and not power at top. So that can also happen car makes noise and no power at top. That is mostly sometimes because timing is to advance. Thats another possible cause

I already retard it to check but the same happen and I found out fuel pump was connected to ignition so I took it off and the same thing happened but got a small difference I think ima change my coil cause sometimes it stall

Kashiefa America fuel connected to straight power after open switch? Mmm someone messes up. (Did you try new fuel regulator or filter also check the fuel pump if is the original, changed she maybe tired. ). If nothing what i told you works try a different ecu.

Y que solución me das con una bobina msd ya que la original tiene 3 cables y la msd solo positivo y negativo

Abricos4440 here we go again. I all ready told you no. I cannot do all what I want. This is for a stock car and is for a customer so I got paid to do what they want.
