Good video, but try and sort your sound out. It fluctuates from loud to soft to loud etc

Thank yoiu very much for this! This video certainly points me to the right direction. I'll be looking for the Brugada criteria next.

Really appreciate you showing examples of the points you're making. It helps visually. Although, the volume kept going in and out while you were talking.

Just wanna add, according to the Brugada criteria, the R to S interval is > 100 ms to be considered VT.

  • @tubeysr

Agreed. It is the start of R wave and mid steep point of S wave >100ms. It is the inclusion of Brugada Criteria. Brugada sign is a component of Coved ST with inverted T wave in type I Brugada syndrome which is a different A/D genetic entity altogether.

Nice video. Will be better if you can explain the reasons of why certain changes are seen in the ECG when you're telling about the changes. Will be easier to remember. Thanks

12: 30 "...Contrast in typical RBBB, wherein you would usually have a dominant R wave in V6..." That's actually opposite as in RBBB, as in V6, there would be wide slurred S waves, and NOT a dominant R wave. Correct me if I am wrong.

Yeah, Btw he was gonna say "typical RBBB, where in you usually have dominant S wave in V6" as the figure implies.
