Can we purchase the kick stand from somewhere? Also, the rear is a damped 165mm EXA but is the front the same 135mm spring only from the 10X? Also, how waterproof is it?

Thanks for making a review! Can you elaborate on the sport mode 2 minute timer? Does that mean after 2 minutes you automatically go out of sport mode even if you were not riding at high speed? Or does it mean that the scooter will slow itself down after riding very fast in sport mode because it has temperature sensors that prevent it from overheating?

VSETT haven't confirmed this but on our tests after the 2 minutes was up it gradually dropped around 6mph to about 42mph in dual motor

@@RIDEGLIDE how stable it was on top speed? In speeds above 70km/h most of scooters without damper started to be a bit dangerous

I like how the handlebars fold up and the controls look nicer than what is seen in similar scooters. Only in the UK though.

The shock for the front wheel is directly behind it with no cover? Isnt crap from the road gonna get flung onto and into the shock piston? That cant be good as stuff will get into the piston esp water.

Just out of interest has Falcon PEV fixed the undoing of the folding screw in handlebars coming loose which happens to every Zero 9 and 10? I have had both and been told there is no permanent fix from the original retailer... Apparently they were creating a new brand to fix any previously complaints/shortcomings with Zero 2018/2019 scooters. I would love to come down and test drive the 10x 52/60v and Vsett 10+ but your shop is too far from me in London. Thanks

Yes, you can either do this by selecting a low gear or by using P-codes to restrict motor power.

Is it possible to choose/change to a thumb throttle? Surprised they still make index throttles by default...

Rather than a a thumb paddle, you might even go with a thumb wheel, such as on the Rion and now defunct Boosted Rev.

Nice video 🤙🏿 The folding mechanism is similar to the rion. I've heard there are 3 models: - vsett 10+ light: 60v battery 20.8ah - vsett super: 60v battery 25ah - vsett pro: 60v battery 28ah

​@@EyesIsWatchin The difference between the VSETT 10+ 20.8 and the 28AH is the range. Since the 20.8 is a smaller battery, you won't be able to ride as far on one single charge.

From speaking with the techs, they think dual motor is always better as it splits the stress across the motors and should give them a longer life as well as not over loading the controller 👍👍

You can set-up cruise control through the P settings on the throttle, but I don't think it's recommended.

Ive about £1500. What's people's recommendations ? Mostly rd with the occasional off roading

@@keithkeef6635 Truth! I made the mistake of initially buying a Unagi Model One that came with the honeycomb tires. Things barely lasted the 90-day trial period. Shipped that thing back for a full refund.

@@MagicMikeBilliards very easy. After your first try. Split rims are simple. Took me 2 hours to change out both tires on my d6+. Same set up as the vsett

Do we know if/when they will be legal to use on roads or cycle paths in UK? I would love to buy one but I don't want to get in trouble with the law.

OXO is like 2 generations old iPhone. Doesn't get old fast but if you want better stuff - mostly everything is. the Vsett uses Zero chasis (or close) from the looks, so you can always upgrade stuff.

​@@sebastianoricciardi7818, between OXO and the Vsett 10+... man, idk, your money :D Still, the 10+ is more appealing just by being potentially more "moddable" (apart from the stem, which has a great locking mechanism, but it is totally custom). Looks like it would accept air shocks and you can buy any 160 mm brake discs (if these prove to be worse than the looks).

I have also been considering the Oxo because of its smooth ride. Now I am not sure, this thing looks great.

Your video quality and images looks 10/10. Sadly your audio needs to be filtered. It need to be removed from the bothersome Echo noise.

Nobody every comments on what size riders a scooter will accomodate, why is that? It's probably one of the most important things to know. I mean, you don't go to a shoe store and look at all the tech the shoe has and then forget to see if it fits. Will this scooter fit a 6'4 guy?

@@MagicMikeBilliards didnt buy either but considering the nanbot scooter. Might go with buying a car instead though not sure about risking getting ran over on the street with scooter. But scooter is nice because it can go on any terrain in an emergency such as the global situation with potential wars. Need a way to evacuate in emergency.

since they are a reality they should be regularized everywhere, a small annual fee at European level would be enough, in my opinion it is not the dangerous scooter, but the one who drives it, indeed I think that these scooters (not all) are safer than others with less performance because they are equipped with better brakes and suspensions, even a Ferrari does 300 km / h but in the city center everyone goes at 50 km / h !!!

Depends on power and range. Vsett10+ is like a suped up 60V 10X but not everyone wants the extra speed and range. 52V and 60V 10X are really nice as well depending on what you are looking for. Come and try them out at the store?

wish I could test ride one, I did get to test ride the Apollo Phantom all ready here in Miami and would love to compare notes on this really cool VSETT 10+, great review, thanks for posting it!!! Looks from my perspective just from your video review, that the VSETT 10+ probably has better suspension than the Phantom and you can't beat the customer service Rev Rides has in the USA. And the Phantom only has the 50 V for sale so far, again the VSETT 10+ wins here too with the 60v 1400 W power system, really good stuff, wow!!!

Better suspension in the VSETT 10+? The Apollo Phantom has 4 springs whereas 10+ only has 2.

@@TurreTuntematon I have to honest, I own an Apollo explore, the front suspension on that one bottoms out, I rode the Phantom, the front suspension on the Phantom did not handle small vertical angles well, believe me I too was surprised. I have to call it like I see. For clarity what I rode was the 2nd Apollo prototype, possibly Apollo's final version does better than the one I demo. This is an honest customer and owner observation.

I bought a dualtron Eagle Pro with 130 miles on it for $1,600. Keep an eye on Craigslist you will score a deal. In fact I've seen this scooter for $1900 on Craigslist and I have seen a dualtron thunder for $1,600.

I have the same issue 😅 test drove the kaabo x pro from ride and glide not long ago and I loved it but so many model right now that I can’t decide … I called them and ask fro retest the kaabo and then straight test the 10+ … I think it’s the only way to decide …

No, it isn't. The Phantom has a small battery, poor brakes, 2 couples of small springs that you can't change with anything proper... but hey, it has a hook to hang your backpack! Did anyone in Apollo tried that? I did, and you just don't do that if you wanna live long. Just like they've said about it - they do not measure things by the features they can add (so they didn't add them). The Vsett 10+ is on par with (if not even better than in some ways, like the brake discs and the lock useability, worse in terms of suspension and handlebar height control) with the BLADE 10D EVO. Also seems close enough to Zero 10x with fixed everything that was wrong with it.

The price is the only negative of this creation.

That folding mechanism lock is likely "patent pending" and won't go through because it's more like 100 years old idea. Or if it went through in some country it's unenforceable in court.

I no we can't have it all. But we should have standard quality name brand controls on the handlebars if your paying over $2000 minimotors or the Y3 controller👎

55mph? Lol the 11X and Wolf warriors barely hit that and usually top out at 60mph. There's no way this 60v scooter is hitting 55mph.

On the website it's 70 kmh or 45 mph. What I find hard to believe is the range, 90 k / 55 miles on dual motors and 185 k / 115 miles on single motor? It's 79 lbs. I wonder...

49 on eco? And they say 93...but it is a 130 lbs scooter, compared to 79 for th vsett...or 66 to 77 for a Kaabo Mantis or 101 for the Wolf Warrior. The Mantis has a range of 45 on eco. Warrior not sure... Anyway, yeah the 90 k or 55 on dual motors...hmm

Looks good but just got a 10x 60v.....

Very similar to zero 10x hard to see the difference to be honest

Hi Akin, Similar but 1400w motors rather than 1200W on the 60V 10x. 28ah battery rather than 21ah on the 10x. Nutt brakes as standard rather than zoom,. Indicators as standard. Folding handlebars as standard. We love the 10X but the 10+ does have a better spec but then is more expensive so reflects that.
