Just to summarize every character you might not know. I know there's more to these backstories but its just synopsis alright. Fatal Error essentially came from Fatal Prime. Prime used to be a intelligent ai that grew sentient and forced her creator to off herself. After that the ai began eating the computer code and made sort of drone copies of itself. Fatal error is special because it was a error and it took a piece of prime. Prime hated Fatal and sent Fatal away and made sure he won't come back. Fatak ate the code of a sonic game and became part of sonic with sonic seeing all his friends corrupted and soon failed with Fatal now focusing onto Prime and devour code. Xterion is one of the more friendlier exes. This sonic's name is called Johnathon and when he was alive he worked with sega till he died of a fatal seizure from overworking himself. His soul ended up in the game he was working on and stayed there till his daughter found it and he goes to the afterlife. Coldsteel is hard to say but it appeared on the internet and the internet basically named it the ideal little james first oc which is a edge lord. Ever since people made fun of it for being oc Sally.exe is fairly explanatory. Its just the female version of sonic.exe using female sonic characters. These are Cream the rabbit, Amy Rose, and Rouge the bat. Sally's design has been conconcial where her torso is open and leg open to. I also Sally hates Sonic but I could be wrong. The weird majin guy with the scarf is not Majin but actually sonic. He is just wearing a mask. This is Devoid. Devoid is a oc made on twitter that many loved. The backstory is that eggman used the time stones to able to control all of reality and essentially thanosed snapped sonic out of existence. Sonic woke up in a black void and panicked and began running. He ran so fast that he was able to rip out of reality itself and found himself with no face and his white fir being void like. His planet also was empty till he found tails and when tails looked at him he disappeared into the void inside sonic. Sonic freaked out and was seriously messed up by this was and wore a mask and since he was outside of reality, he can stop eggman and wants to do it once and for all. The knuckles guy is Chaotix which originated from the knuckles Chaotix game. This knuckles is a piece of lost code remnants from sonic and tails and his goal is to search for his code to become whole. The white form is the form he takes when he is chasing the person he thinks that has his code. Hedge/hog is a bootleg sonic that was made for fnf. Hedge and Hog have different minds in the same body. Similar to the hulk and bruce banner. The sonic with the red eyes and brown boots is curse sonic. To summarize, sonic got into a accident with knuckles which fatally injured him and killed knuckles. Sonic could no longer run due to how messed up his legs. Eggman pitied him and decided to retire his evil way and make metal sonic help sonic with the help of Sally and Eggman persuited to help all mobians. However, sonic was getting harrassed by tails and his life became a living hell which was made by the curse of X which made all of sonic loved ones perish. So, after Sally and Eggman dying from sonics curse. He decided to go to a portal to stay away from everyone. The sonichu came from a man named Chris Chan. Chris chan cureently has around a 65 documentary of all the things hes done on the internet. Chris is a mentall unhinged man who believed that the cartoon world will fuse with the real world and SONICCHU WOULD BE CREATED. He also has been arrested and possibly tried for assaulting his dementia ridden mother The "gensis" sonic originates from a picture by a creator named geneysis. In this it is said that eggman killed sonic by burning him alive and eggman with a evil red eyes and toothy grin. The sonic with the pentagram in his torso is "santanos" or "Satan" when translated from spanish to english. I cant find a backstory i think it originated from a image Sp4sh is one of the more obscure ones however, it is to be believed he is nore powerful than sonic.

If you wanna know where the My Horizon Faker type dudes are from, they're technically canon. In the Knuckles Chaotix game, there was some leftover data that was supposed to be tails/sonic, but they got scrapped. But, there's was still data that wasn't entirely cleared so when people dug into the code and found bugs they gained access to the White & Red Knuckles you see as the My Horizon final form. Though the fanbase gave him the name: the Wechidna. Also the things in BF and Knuckles's hands were rings. These rings were game mechanics in the Chaotix game, you basically had two players and they were bound by those rings and the chains attached to them. You had to use each character's different abilities(ex. Knuckles breaking stuff) and the mechanics of the ring. For example launching your partner over a steep ledge or something. So basically the "Knuckles" was Player 1 and BF maybe Player 2 🤔

Nah, back in the day he used to be called "Wechnia", but during the sonic.exe 3.0 obsession and the addition of one of many well unexplained .exes, they named the fake knuckles "Wechidna" to differentiate it from the glitch. The Pixelated version of fake knuckles and the monster it transforms to was later named "Chaotix".

Hey riqos, a cool mod i think u probably missed out is the Hex Mod (Weekend Update), it's been out for quite some time and i believe it's an amazing mod worth checking out

19:35 Consistent equals the team behind doesn't follow the "gotta go fast" work method and by that i mean how in Sonic, the sega team even after sonic 06 they wanted to speedrun the making of the game. And that's how we got Sonic Boom (Which at the start the story was better than "time mumbo jumbo" since they'll talk about some character origins to kinda make sense their new designs and all that.. The reason that Lord X looks all decaying is because he kind of is. The Sonic body that he inhabits isn't his body, he just lives in it. But the body is decaying, and he'll need a new vessel soon.

The last iteration of My Horizon, as well as Prey and the first part of Manual Blast were all composed by the same dude, Armydillo

the fate song was actually from the original sonic.exe crew fate song was unused from the 2.0 version but people made mods with the song

I don't know exactly how many people worked on this, but including dudes who were indirectly involved with the team (Basically people who made separate mods and gave permission to Futagami to use them) I would guess it could be over 50 people.

the song "FATE" was orginally supposed to be the second song for lord x in the v2 of exe mod, but the team felt it didn't fit the theme of lord x and was more a final boss battle's theme and so they canned it. That song has been around for A LONG time now. it was first leaked prior to v2's release, you can find re-upload almost everywhere on youtube but the best version [imo] is the one where BF turns super sonic/sayian against Lord X and deletes him.

They are legit/fanon or canon characters exe's are characters that come from EXE games/ or creepypastas like Lord X, .EXE, X-Tarion, void, starved, needlemouse, etc They have an actual EXE game or story behind them and are not canon or fanon to the original sonic universe, but more to the creepypasta universe or their own universe. that's why when EXE say "I AM GOD!" he means it in his AU he literally IS GOD and not even players can stop him.

Here's the songs that the actual EXE crew made: Too Slow Encore, Manual Blast, Fate (unused from 2.0 due to the song not fitting Lord X), Cycles Encore, Cycles remake (unconfirmed, correct me if I'm wrong), Malediction, Fatality(the creator of Fatal Error is making a standalone mod for Fatal Error which will include Fatality), Burning, Substantial, My Horizon, those are the ones that I know, add any more if you know.

i'll say here that hog is one of the more innocent exes but was created by scorched (the crazy looking other form) as a form to hide behind and has its own personality separate from scorched.

Fate was made by the sonic.exe team but they scrapped it and futagami put it in their restored version. Also the hellbent you heard is a different version (and in my opinion this one isn't as good as the other one). That is lord X in the song gotta go but some people thing it was batman sonic
