I like uk drum n bass as far as danceablility, but i think russian drum n bass has the melody and emotion that i think uk dnb lacks. nobody mentions american dnb XD american dnb just hits hard. lack melody, but puts on a performance of anger IMO

Those (weedsmoking) guys who started this underground DnB in the past would rather keep it underground tho. Because you and I know what happend to soul, funk, italo, reggae, hardcore, trance etc. etc. when it became popular. It became lame like industrial food. DnB is recognised here, but not by the mainstream media. They seem to like to play Blof all day and more depressing shit like that. I play ambient DnB on my own piratestation, but that's a very weak transmitter (only 1 Watt ERP)
