The advantages of the Voortman range of automatic painting machines are the economic use of paint and reduce of man-hours.
Sensors recognize the contours and dimensions of the profiles to be painted. Due to this information the adjustable oscillating spray heads are positioned very accurate, which results in an equal applied coat.
The non-adhesive surface of the plain inner walls of the chamber makes cleaning very easy. The cabin floor is protected with a single-use foil. After cleaning the cabin walls the paint-dust residues lying on the floor can be easily pulled via the floor foil sideways out of the machine, replacing the used foil with fresh one in the same movement.

How is the plate flipped in order to paint it on the other side?

There are spray heads on both sides of the lateral pass painting line.

Hi Luis, the painting system consists of two heads for simultaneously painting all profile sides. There is no need for flipping.

I guess I could contact Voortman for more information, but I think some dialog and narration would have been better than the overly loud MUZAK. Voortman - Re-Edit and eliminate the muzak!

Hi Mani, we use a drying tunnel with circulating hot air after the painting.
