  Здраствуйте . Помогите . Voortman V250 выходит через 2-3 часа работы вот такая ошибка ---Wait until punch clamp under . Имеено через 2-3 часа работы . Станок прекращает работать .Все концевики отрабатывают штатно . Просто останавливается перед пробивкой отверстия . Иногда помогает нажатие кнопки Стоп и заново Старт . Перезагрузка компьютера не помогает . На следующий день так же 2-3 часа работы и эта ошибка опять мешает работать . Подскажите где искать причину .

  dont you need cooling for drilling and cutting saw??

  You are absolutely right. Our drills are cooled internally and the saw blade is actively cooled during sawing.

  Any failsafes? This type of factory would need to run in 3 shifts for good ROI. If anything breaks on this massive line the entire process would be halted therefore costing a lot of money. Very interesting nevertheless, using IFC or BIM models to manufacture structural steel automatically is a game changer for anyone that has access to investments this size. Good job

  Does the machine makes full penetration welding or just fillet weld? For example in a base plate for a big column.

  Full penetration welding is on our roadmap, and the great thing about our VACAM operating system is that all software features in and improvements over time, are added to your Fabricator automatically and over the air!

  GB has their plates well organized, sorted and labeled; ready for assembly and full traceability. A new saw/drill would be on top of their list, I think.

  i own a v808 because when i bought it there wasnt a great option for a drill line that milled copes and slots. i bought the v808 because it did everything. since this v633 can mill copes and slots, are there any situations where it makes sense to have a v808 as well, or would thr v633 and saw replace it entirely? i do not have space for both the v808 and v633

  and also, would it be faster? i run two shifts on the v808 sometimes, and we have to clean up the little bit of dross on the end cuts and copes. so i like the idea of not having any clean up at all, and if it produces more pieces in a given period of time. so i am curious

  The V807 is a true do-it-all machine, capable of performing all processes. Even with oxy-fuel you can make all kinds of holes and copes. Did you know that you can switch between plasma and oxy-fuel within seven minutes? Of course, when you do extensive processing in large heavy profiles, in terms of efficiency it is worth including a drill/saw in your consideration. Our sales representative can advise you on this.
