After a long estivation, lets write something down or shall I say, I am compelled to. The new XC90 seems like those cars which came in the future cars section of automobile magazine a few years back and as their description usually didn't say much about engine, power or torque numbers but what it did boast about was sheer ostentation of the futuristic looks and staunching the very track, Volvo has definitely banged the buck in this area. Minimal grille with two tone logo slender headlamps and clean side lines, surreal from every facet and if that's not enough to ameliorate an aggravated mind, flick the door open and sink yourself in the ocean of opulence and extravagance. Those cexi mesh rollers for switching between drive modes and the spendthrift leather seats might not let you go back to your bed. Complimented with the plush experience of Bovers and Wilkins and a 9 inch touch screen display, fixes the next party destination on the calendar. As Vikrant Sir said, Volvo is late to the party and doesn't suffice the base standards which this segment already offers but the areas in which XC90 puts other cars like X5 and Q7 to shame are its knocking out looks and regal interiors amalgamated with skookum safety features which definitely makes it a desirable option for an aficionado. I could say Ten Hut (Rohan) enriches the taste of dishes that power drift presents to its consumers! i've always appreciated how PD gets things across and implants the impressions about an automobile in the viewers mind. Here, the statement 'Its designed to care of my life like my mom did' gives you an instant feel to go for this car which reminds you of your mom (keeping in mind the price for this car, however mom is always priceless gift that god has ever given to us) :D -- way to go guys!! waiting for a comprehensive review.. we've had the starters. get me the main course soon with some deserts in the end

First of all, one must give credit where credit is due. Volvo is a pioneer in the field of safety in the industry, it has revolutionised passenger safety (3 point safety belt, BLIS, Side Airbags etc.... and they kept the patent open so that passengers in general can benefit) That is the Volvo Legacy. Volvo after the Chinese acquisition has transformed and has greater things planned for the future, starting with the launch of XC90. ( TATA-Jaguar Effect) A definitive product for the brand and it is a brilliant product garnering praises from all over the globe and winning multiple Awards at the same time, it even drew praise from the critically acclaimed tech news house called "The Verge". It is the perfect the Amalgamation of Art and Technology, the interiors are beautiful with contemporary and simplistic design theme which is very Swede like. The main media interface at the center of the console is one of the best and it is what the future of car media interface should move towards easy to use and tablet like, after all we live in the age of tablets and touchscreens. It is similar to one in Tesla (another revolutionary car which is changing the automobile landscape) I feel that the reviewers did not stress enough on the cars brilliance and I get it that in a country like India the people with money would buy a more recognised Brand (Germans or Jag) on the road after all that's why they paid the extra money for but still this a revolutionary product and it deserves full praise. (P.S. There was no mention about it's Full 7 seats, It's a proper seven seater not like those gimmicky ones in other SUVs ) Overall I really like the effort of the Powerdrift Team and the direction it's heading in. Keep up the good work guys and keep posting reviews regularly.

I love how Rohan delivers his speech and subtly showers tons of adjectives. Nicely written! The tone of his speech is also very professional but body language need a lot of work, especially when seated inside a car. Great camera work and video editing but you guys desperately need to look into improving speech audio. Over all a much youthful and energetic video compared to the other Indian videos on the internet. Cheers!

The problem is the price tag they come with!!! Also the Volvo s problem is the lack of enough dealerships!! Once you pass beyond this (( which for we Indians is highly impossible due to brands like Maaaaarrrruutiiisusuki!!)) Then we can see the possible options offered which are more than Audis or merces !! like all Volvos are offered as an option for Corner cameras !! !! sun moon roof a one modle I think it's the S80 & S60 are having a5 cylinder 2.5 liter modles 215 ps !! those are all class leading !! so volvos are not bad at all !!!!!

this car can beat BMW and the AUDI any day any where.....its a no nonsense car....i won say it is missing something as it covers with its other features....its heavy yes but does it lag while taking sharp and fast turns.....and if it touches 160-180 on highways easily then i think its very good.....not that you can drive more than that on an Indian highway.....if u guys get hands on the car once more, can u please show how it handles different drive modes.....
